Heard ross has the best chance.
Giradi isnt a analytics guy and the cubs want an analytics guy.
At 1st i think that ross may not have the experience but then also i feel that his respect in the clubhouse and knowledge of the game and repoire with the team could be a good bridge to the 2016 core.
