Considering he hasn't played, he's either injured, struggling to play the system or trade bait.

I'm sure that is in the hopper but we still haven't seen the Bulls. Lets evaluate this team after this competitive stretch we have coming up. Bulls are 4-1 and real close to being 5-0. Yes the Bulls. We have to get better but there is no reason to believe we won't

Lonzo is on his way to becoming a legit guard version of Draymond Green.

I don't understand how DJJr isn't playing over Brown or Green. He played 20 minutes + the last two seasons for good playoff teams. I think he's better than those guys.

Bradley is a starter on this team lol. Seriously, I say again, Pat off the bench can matchup better and put forth max effort. Let the game flow from there.

The Good
Vuc looked very active tonight. Didn't shrink from the moment.
PWill, despite an underwhelming start, got aggressive out of absolutely nowhere and looked damned good before getting hurt.
Billy didn't just sit there and accept an L. He tried different combinations to try to find something to get the boys going.

The Bad
Zach
Demar
Ball

The Bogans
The floor mopping guys. Zach went down and cost us a turnover. Demar slipped 3 times, including the OB play after the 4Q inbound
and on the game winner

Yup, that's when the Bulls stopped doubling him, Zo had him locked up.

He was amazing on Randle. Everyone talks about the rebounds, but really it was the 3s that killed us. I think we should just go one of one against Randle. In this game Kemba was red hot from 3 which was the biggest difference. Also I think we allowed them to double us too easily. This is where I said we would have really needed Coby this game. If they let Coby those wide open shots they would get killed. Ball, Brown,Caruso had looks but couldnt hurt the Knicks like they should have. We will adjust to this.

Honest question. Do you really think Lonzo Ball can stop Julius Randle man on man? Randle has to have 40lb on him and can simply bully him inside. The Bulls don't even think that because they rotated to Randle when he was isolated and that led to easy buckets and open 3s. Also you run the risk of getting Lonzo into foul trouble early if you stick him on Randle.

Lets see Randle's numbers when the two play again. I suspect he had an off night more than anything.

Randle was taking the ball up top mostly. Lonzo wasn't bouncing off of him. In a play in the low post where I wouldn't imagine Ball would pick him up usually Randle will kill him. Up top... Yeah He can handle Randle.

They didn't just miss it, they reviewed it and somehow came to the conclusion that it didn't qualify. No explanation on TV so who knows? Seemed pretty obvious to me.

Seeing the last play, Zach had so much space to work with vs Fournier smh.

Michael Jackson said we gotta be like Rocky I think end of that game Bulls were like Jake LaMotta telling Sugar Ray "You didn't knock me down Ray... You didn't knock me down..."

I won't call this a moral victory... you call it that when you are 1-4 not 4-1 even against bums. Tonight was a great learning experience as was almost falling on our face against toronto.

Toronto almost took advantage of us, Knicks watched the tape but so did we. Looked better tonight in the 4th than we did against toronto. Far from a contender but we are learning.

Can’t start Bradley, we would have no size off the bench lol

There's a five-second back to the basket rule. Lonzo may not have the bulk/girth, but he has the length, wiry strength, and guts to defend a guy like Randle for five seconds. CP3 has been routinely defending bigs for his whole career, and he's six inches shorter.

Hey. Great game. Your team defense is incredible. You could use some rim protection off the bench. You’ll be there all year.

Not enough athleticism with him and Vuc.

On to the next game.

People see what they want to see I suppose. NY controlled the game with their best player scoring a total of 13 points. NY lead by 13 with 2 minutes left in the game.

The final score might look close but the Bulls internally know that NY poses huge matchup problems for them.

BTW, if LaVine scores 13 points at MSG the Bulls would get run off the floor. They simply lack NY's scoring depth.

Kemba & Fournier were shrewd additions by NY. Veteran professional shot makers that can space the floor.

OTOH, NY basically left Lonzo unguarded and focused their defense on LaVine & DeRozan.

Knicks should be more worried after this. They played their best game and were hitting shots all game long while the bulls didn’t play well, yet they only lost by 1 pt. Knicks might have played better and won tonight but they are not the better team.
