And the sad part is, the Knicks get nothing in return if he goes to Houston

Still tho they can form their own big 3,and maybe he likes texas instead..Idk what hes gona choose but Houston wouldn't be a bad destination for him either.I don't think harden, carmelo, dwight would work well on same team but maybe they feel like it will,so don't count out Houston.ctorres wrote:LCMJ wrote:[GR] wrote:SOunds like Houston has him. he's right. lets lock this thread up, guys
It's not over yet for the Bulls. West is still too stacked, even if the Rockets add Melo.
Easier road to the Finals if you play in the East. It surprises me why more players aren't desperately trying to go to the East.

I don't know Melo, but a friend of mine does. They hung out yesterday. I'll tell you at 6 if #Bulls are getting through to him @670TheScore.

Just the way things sound I guess on twitter. Plus they can still re-sign Parsons.
I can't see Melo passing up Bev, Harden, Parsons, and Dwight just to avoid the West.

What's keeping the Bulls from amnestying or trading Boozer? I mean, if the reports are true that Melo turned down $15 million a year from the Bulls, then why not just clear the extra cap space?
I honestly think Melo would go to the Bulls if they freed up more cap room. Bulls are the best team for Melo. I don't see a sign and trade happening unless the Bulls can free up more than the $15 million they have in space. Knicks can just tell Melo to sign with a team out west who has cap room like the Lakers.

Since when is "turning the other cheek" dramatic?
It's melodramatic to use a bible quote in his situation, he's being paid millions to play a game and he's famous and beloved by millions of people.
Jesus never concerned himself with people such as that

That includes Boozer?
