Is he better than Jordan Bell? Yeah then we should. Boogie doesn’t even have to be even close to great, just better than Tony Bradley.

I'm not sure he's better than Bradley but he's def worth bringing in to see how his attitude is. Worth kicking the tires on imo.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

Plus, there would be a cost to the Bulls pursuing Cousins. Matt Thomas, whose guarantee date looms this weekend, or someone else would need to be waived to open a roster spot.

/waves goodbye to Matt Thomas.

Dinwiddie and Holliday aren't listed in the injury report for Bulls-Wizards so they'll play. Montrez is still listed as being in protocols, but also as questionable so my guess he's got a good shot at clearing and playing.

Meanwhile, Doncic is doubtful for Friday with his ankle sprain, which would mean Sunday against Bulls would be in question.

He had 15 and 10 his last game. If that's "done", I'll take that from him. Is he better than Tony Bradley, yes. That being said, I trust Ak and Marc to do what's best for this team.

With the NBA expanding, would we have another expansion draft situation? So Chicago would have to protect some players?

I want that roster spot open, regardless of Boogie.

When you guards are Ball, Lavine, Caruso, Cook and Ayo (not to mention Greene), but you have almost no bigs...Thomas is beyond expendable.

I agree. I also think given the deadline, I think we'll let him go either way.

I think Utah is a solid team, but I wonder if their record is a little inflated right now. I do not know what their record is against winning teams, but it probably is not that great.

I'm not a big fan of that squad

Aye. Though you probably mean TBJ instead of Cook in the guard list there.

Sorry Matt, but McKinnie and TBJ and Green can shoot open shots too, and give a little bit more. I'll take that open roster spot for a later move like a buyout a little farther down the road? Not sure I want Cousins but his play has been pretty decent this season...

I'm assuming they would have an expansion draft but we're a few years away from that. 2025 is likely the season when Seattle and Vegas get a team. Still no sure thing right now.

Yikes, not sure why I typed Cook. I meant Coby.

Man, Knicks do miss D-Rose so much. Their offense look terrible at times. It's the new type game - 3 ball or layups - hardly many mid-range shots so they are very predictable.

Also, in Thibs' defensive system. Teams if they knock down open 3s, then they would have a good chance to win the game - that's what Celtics doing.

Demar going down to Champaign with Ayo for his jersey retirement is just so cool on a human level. And it’s great leadership.

His signing is a dream come true on multiple levels.

Seriously. Just one of those guys. Lived under the radar in Toronto for the most part and then the Spurs. Was really only known for the failures against LeBron and a "choke" artist. Empty stat guy. Lazy defense etc.... Crazy. One of those gems you know we had no idea what we got with this guy. I think when he tweeted that pic of him and Zach saying oh this will never work right... spoke volumes. Zach is willing in what is maybe one of his best years poised to breakout etc... to be his running mate. Says something about DDR right. By all means theoretically this should be Zach's team he put in the time, has the stats etc... but even he is more than fine with how this is playing out. Sure it helps a lot that he knows he is getting paid and his time to shine is still in the future... but not everyone can inspire that in a guy going right smack dab into his prime. I am impressed with DDR as the player and the man. He has made his legacy this season too finally getting his props. He has done something that will never be replicated with NYE and New Years Day. He finally got his respect and has done it humbly and has been a hugely positive force on this team. Glad he is here and I was happy they got him but not wowed. I was about getting talent no matter who they were. We got more than just talent.

Boston is a mess. What could go wrong, went wrong with them. All those assets just to become this team.
