Well, let's put it this way: I hated the Bucks off-season (although to their credit they succeeded in locking up Giannis), Raptors lost their vet centers while Lowry hangs on to the fight against father time, Celtics and Heat gave up multiple rotation players when they actually needed more, and ...

Expected Hawks to be really good (within reason - given their really young core), but obviously having a 100% injury rate to all their veteran pickups changes that. Expected Pacers to be a better team (within reason), but their trend of having a break-out player get injured for the season continued (now TJ Warren).

Nets are the squad I expected to win it all, and they've got holes, but it's their ECFs to lose. I feel like besides Milwaukee's lame attempt to upgrade (with the botched Bogdanovic deal), everybody else stood pat and expected the Nets to take it all.

With AD being injured, you'd have to think that the Lakers will be among the teams inquiring. Also, do the Bulls have an open spot?

Lakers already had him and chose not to resign him.

They actually cut him, but yeah. So, do the Bulls have a spot?

Hey, maybe we can waive Lauri Markkanen?

No, but Adam Makoka hasn't played in over a month so it doesn't seem like it'd be a big deal to waive him. Kornet is obviously hot garbage too.

No good team can use DeMarcus Cousins at this point. His agent can tell Shams to tweet that he’s been "impactful" all he wants, doesn’t make it true. He’s been very bad.

I think Brooklyn makes sense. He's played with KD and can spread the floor as a true big for them. Brooklyn needs a big.

It can't hurt BRK to take him, even if he shows up for exactly 1 game in the playoffs. Or none. But the chance of 1 or 2 impact games is worth it.

They have enough strong egos on that team, I would stay away from him even in their case.

Lol, Poku

Read on Twitter

@Itamar1710: Even though he was subbed out, Poku stood just outside of the corner and called for the ball, making his teammate pass it to him and commit a turnover

This is the funniest play I've seen all year @WorldWideWob https://t.co/xiYbzL43Xm

I honestly don't think they care at this point. If there was a concern for egos, then the Nets' balanced depth-chart and future picks wouldn't have been decimated for Harden.

It would just come down to whether Harden & Durant are individually cool with him.

Oh absolutely, if their superstars want Cousins the Nets will try to get him. I just don’t think he can really help.

Ha well I don't disagree there.

Still, it's pretty impressive for how much damage he has in his legs, he's still got a positive VORP and 15+ PER on a losing team. But again, with a guy like him, I think you're just hoping he can give you a few great minutes if he gives it his all in a deep playoff game. When GSW was very short-handed, he did come up with 3 competent games in the finals that ended up being 2 wins and 1 close loss.

That pre-season game when the Rockets whipped us, he showed he still has game. It's just an unreliable, long-shot.

Definitely don't think he's in the cards for another struggling team like Chicago.

That is hilarious. But in fairness to Poku I think he was just putting his arms up anticipating his teammate was about to launch a three.

Nah Duck  . Poko stood up the whole time, put his hands up even before he took a shot. He looked like he did that on purpose lol.

He even went into shooting motion after to sell it. He punked his own teammates.

Return to Chicago Bulls
