i have no inside sources. but my brother has a friend who lives in highland park who emailed him that inside source says lebron to bulls, bosh to bulls for deng and hinrich. my brother said "your full of it, where did you hear it?" the response was "i cant reveal my source". my bro said, "we'll see". the guy said "I know someone who knows someone who works with the bulls. He seems to be pretty reliable. We'll see what happens. It would be awesome!". i will say, i know this friend of my bro and he is a professional who is not a gossip or wierdo.

would be great, but take it for what its worth, and that is no more reliable than all of the twitter nonsense out there every day.

I would hope that someone within the organization isn't spilling the beans too soon if any of the above has even a hint of truth to it. Having said that (LD), I actually do think the Bulls have something up their sleeve. <kool-aid not booze.

We might not like it, but New York is the gravitational center of the sports universe. It is perceived that way, and it is covered that way. The New York Knicks, as an organization, perfectly illustrates this. is the implication that toronto has agreed to take that off our hands in a S&T? or just that the bulls are "hoping" to do that....


i just don't understand why they would give us the next 5 or 6 titles like that

I don't think so. It's somewhat similar to the Lakers/Shaq situation in terms of information being leaked.

Stuff like this happens all the time in football. You will see guys sign 30 minutes after they are allowed to.

I'm pretty sure there is a moratorium on trades until the season ends, but I'm sure that doesn't preclude teams from talking trades and moves.

i don't see how a sign and trade could officially happen when bosh would have to agree to be S&T'ed here..

obviously, if this comes to fruition, we'll be toying with the entire league... but this is a little too optimistic for even me to buy into yet. at the very least, i'd go nuts pondering the possibility for the next 1.5 months.

If the Bulls trade Deng and Hinrich for Bosh, Toronto will be paying the luxury tax for a non playoff team. Just make it Deng + picks and cross your fingers. Even then, I'm not sure Toronto does it.

Throw James Johnson in there too. They were rumored to be extremely interested in him at draft time last year. Lets just hope they somehow lost all of their JamesJ game footage

I find it telling that Toronto fans are very clear in their disdain for trying to play Deng as a four or a two, due to already having Hedo, but plenty of Bulls fans are anxious to try and shove square pegs into round holes just to keep Luol here, even despite us getting the best player in the game at his position.

Having said that, Colangelo had always like Deng, and would maybe take him if he could somehow unload Turkoglu on someone else. But that would seem an even bigger hurdle.
