Cold,

I think you are somewhat underrating Boozer here. He's a little soft. He's all about the money. But he's consistently played hard. Granted, he's gotten hurt - but my understanding (and it could be wrong) is that the injuries were legitimate, and that he's been fairly healthy recently even when a big payday was not around the corner. He's a legit 20/10 type guy, and would make a nice rotation with Taj and Noah (and Asik?).

isn't a bad team. In fact I think we could beat anyone in the east. I'm not sure if that is good enough to beat a team like LA though with the length and scoring in the post including the wing defenders. But if LA got knocked off, then I think we could beat anyone in the league outside of them.

You really want Reddick as a starting 2 guard in the NBA? Not on my team. Who's he gonna guard, especially at the most athletic position on the court. Reddick is a bench player, who can shoot.

David Lee is sitting out there waiting for a call.

I bet he and his sexy girlfriend would rather live in Chicago than Minny.

If we sign Al Harrington, I'll quit.

Sorry no thanks. I'd take Lee if we got Wade or Lebron, but not as the main guy we got.

With Boozer at least we get a guy who shows up in the playoffs. Too bad though he has had to go against Gasol and Bynum 3 straight years in the playoffs though.

Forget Boozer, I say the Bulls just sign a whole bunch of young guys off the summer league. Hope we strike gold with one of them. Develop Rose & Noah, and pray we win the lottery again for Harrison Barnes!

Just kidding, sign Boozer.

Yes. Because if you get Boozer, he won't play. Very little difference between getting no one.

What a nightmare.

To avoid starting a new thread, how close were we to getting Amare? As in hypothetically if we had made him as big of a priority of Bosh - would he have signed here?

I like Amare's offense + Noah's defense a ALOT better than Noah/Boozer or Lee

Is she really sexy? Or is she sexy in the way that she could stand next to a LuvABull and be a dime?

Bottom line is everyone is getting overpaid this year unless your name is LeBron or Wade. I don't think Boozer is bad at all. I wouldn't want him for 17-18 a year but if it averages out to 15 per year, I am okay with that. The same goes with Lee, I'm okay with paying him 13-14 a year.

I think Boozer is good and his numbers prove it. Also as bad as SOME want to make him look, his numbers those PEOPLE love to always bring up PER and TS%. He's right there with Bosh.

Wiretap:

on Rothstein received a text from a member of the Bulls' front office who believes that LeBron James will sign with the Knicks.

Chicago is turning its attention to Carlos Boozer.
