Part of me just wants this to be heard just to hear some old judge guy saying " did he encourage you to masterbate? "

But yeah this seems unlikely not because he's rich, or the delay but the breaking and entering thing.

Yes, they did, they "hung out together" but not exclusively (not Dating)

This case probably won't see any more light after tomorrow. Won't make it to court.

The B & E thing makes this accuser sound like a **** joke. :nonono:

Actually, false rape accusations are very rare. Less than 1% of complaints according to studiess.

Anyways, like many have said hopefully it's not true and I suppose it's good that his lawyer responded pretty quick. The story itself on how everything went down is really bazaar. Got to see how all this plays out.

I hate to assume either way with the claims being as serious as they are, but all signs point to this being a base-less cash grab, in which case it really does anger me, because Derrick doesn't deserve a claim like this associated to his name, even if the claims get thrown out.

We've had some basketball related qualms with D-Rose over the last few years but he's stand up person, and something like this is the antithesis of the guy.

The Kane case is taking to long. someone should be in jail by now. So, nothing probably really happened, unless the girl's father is trying to sue kane by getting his daughter to play along, or maybe he called the cops himself or something. I think the girl's father found out where she been that night and decided to play some tricks out of his sleeves, it definitely fits if the Dad is really a Lawyer, like the rumor going around. Turned into a mess , because there's no news about it at all lately.

Let me just create an overview here:

1. Rose and X have a sexual relationship that lasted for two years, which was consensual, but not exclusive.

2. Despite both being a willing sexual relationship, Rose should then have drugged her (where she somehow fled despite being drugged) and then followed up with his friends to her home, which they broke into, and raped her as a gang.

3. X claims to not have said anything for two years because of embarrassment, but Rose's spokesperson said "her claims are as meritless now as they were two years ago", suggesting X did say something two years ago, presumably when on her first of three lawyers.

Am I getting this right?

Look at the Ashley Madison scandal. It's well beyond just athletes and celebrities that narrative should apply to.
