per wiretap:

The NBA is eliminating many restrictions on in-person evaluations and interviews ahead of the Nov. 18 draft.

From Oct. 16 to Nov. 16, teams may schedule 10 visits of up to 4½ hours with draft-eligible players for the purpose of in-person evaluations, interviews or medical evaluation, according to a memo sent to teams.

The NBA informed teams in April that organizations are prohibited from conducting in-person workouts or interviews with draft-eligible players.

Of major concern to teams will be competitive advantages that occur from the relaxing of pre-draft restrictions. Agents have long used the leverage of withholding medical information from teams to try to steer players to preferred draft destinations.

I assume this can only help the Bulls. Agents will push their clients away from Charlotte in favor of Chicago.

Charlotte has had 1 decent pick, Kemba Walker. After that all busts for the most part. Would also stay away from Charlotte if I am any NBA player.

Why are we arguing about Cam Reddish? We did that last year. Is there a rumor about him being shopped or something?

As someone else said, if the Hawks are willing to trade Reddish for the 4th pick, that should be a hint that he's not worth the 4th pick.

RJ Hampton and Cole Anthony have the worst advanced stats among potential lottery picks for their 1 season they played.

Wth kinda drill is this. This isn't impressive. It's at like 1/10th the speed of even ncaa level. No wonder they have the worst stats

Reddish is a good lesson for the arm chair evaluators on this board.

But I agree with the bolded.

Why the Hawks would shop Reddish if he improved so much ( I watched some Hawks's games until february and didn't see that but you say he improved by March) and for trading up in a weak draft?

If Edwards drops past 2 i would see what the Hornets want to swap picks.

I just want to see what AK decides to do if both Ball and Hayes are sitting at #4. Good chance it happens unless Ball goes #1.

Why wouldn't Charlotte just draft him though? They already have their point guard and small forward of the future (Graham/Bridges). Edwards would be a great fit.

You'd draft Ball at #4 over Hayes.

Then trade Ball to the Knicks for the #8 Pick, #27 Pick, #38 Pick and Dallas Mavs Future 1st Rd Pick. We then select Hayes, Vassell, Okongwu or Haliburton at #8 and try to take those 2 or 3 of those picks and move up in this draft for another player.

Workout looks like something you'd do in high school. Not impressive at all. That's why only 61 people liked the tweet.

Don't understand the RJ Hampton talk here. He has not shown anything impressive. He may slip into the late 1st Round.

Maybe they're not 100% sold on him.

"On Edwards, there is a thought that some teams aren’t quite as enamored with him as others. That is definitely an accurate sentiment that teams are a bit more all-over-the-map on him than what you see in the public sphere."

In this situation he shouldn't pick any of them as he has Coby . Better take a promising sf like Deni.

I don't believe they'll pass on Edwards, would be just another bad draft by them.

You take BPA, Coby doesn't factor into any decision.

Cassius Stanley is the biggest sleeper in the draft. Would love him on the Bulls if they can add an additional 1st rounder.

He is so explosive (beat Zions vertical record) and can play some point guard at 6’6.
