Yes, Jimmy has spoken directly through his words and his actions. He's also spoken indirectly through his people. He wants to be paid more money, and he's unhappy that Miami isn't willing to pony up the amount he wants.
The Heat have been publicly badmouthing Jimmy while at the same time trying to trade him. Has Jimmy badmouthed the Heat publicly? Does anyone in here know any actual thing Jimmy has done?
Yes, we do know what Jimmy has done, and it includes missing a team flight, half assing on and off the court, and disrespecting his teammates and staff.
There are a lot of assumptions, and all the information is being released from the Heat side.
Not true at all.
When in recent history has a team insulted and suspended a player they're supposedly trying to trade? What type of professionalism is that?
That a team suspending a player it is attempting to trade is rare should give you some insight as to how poorly Butler is behaving. It does not help the Heat whatsoever to suspend him as it can only have the effect of depressing his trade value.
It's wild when people think players owe loyalty to a team, but that loyalty should not be returned.
No one is talking about loyalty. We are talking about professionalism. Butler is being paid nearly $50 million to conduct himself in a professional manner and play basketball to the best of his abilities, and he is conscientiously choosing not to do so.
He was suspended after saying he's not finding joy playing right now. They suspended him two games for missing a flight. This is not the way teams typically handle this.
How about you compare your downplaying of Butler's behavior to the opinion of his teammates:

I talked to guys in that locker room, and to say they have had it [with Butler] is an understatement, because he has disrespected them so much. The way he’s been in and out… the way he’s been acting towards people in their locker room — team staff — and then the stunt of making them wait for hours on the tarmac?
I'd venture that Butler's teammates know better than you about Butler's professionalism.
It's like people are willfully ignorant. There is no way this has not been building all season, and it takes two to negotiate. The Heat removed themselves from the negotiation when they said flat out "We're not trading Butler".
Butler has zero right to be traded. He signed a contract to play basketball for the Miami Heat. The Heat do not owe it to Butler to trade him the moment he wants out.
And nobody said Jimmy is right, not enough facts known. The same goes for the Heat. But it's certainly understandable why a grown man might do what he feels he has to for his future. The Heat are doing everything they can to not pay him (aka get around his contract). That's the same thing he's doing, trying to work around that contract.
The Heat suspended him because he stopped complying with his contract. Again, the Heat have no contractual obligation to trade him. And if Butler was so concerned with his future flexibility, he should not have signed a multi-year guaranteed contract. He can't reap all of the benefits of the deal while not dealing with any of its supposed downsides.
Should he have just obeyed like a good boy, then be in the exact same situation this summer?
Yes, he should have honored his contract, like any honorable person would do in his situation. Not to mention the fact that he has been paid over $400 million in just on-court salary yet has the gall to act in such an incredibly selfish manner.
