Probably not since GSW is trying to keep their title window open for now and trading Wiseman or Minny's 1st would be counterproductive. A one year Porter rental and Lavine wouldn't be enough to compete with the Lakers, Clippers or Nuggets with Klay being out the entire season. Porter and Lavine can help GSW get under the tax for next season though so if GSW's front office decides that Curry, Klay and Draymond aren't worth the luxury tax bill then there could be something there.

Agreed, it's highly unlikely because if they really want a win now piece, Harden is available, and Beal could be too if WAS continues to flounder. I was just thinking maybe if they want hep now while also restructuring their payroll but looking at the next 2 FA class, it's not very promising.

My best guess is they might trade one of Wiseman / Min 1st (more likely imo) attached to Wiggins for a win now trade (Harden?) if they feel like it could help them now and going forward.

Why?!?

We get a vet point guard, a good starting PF and we don't have to back up the Brinks truck for Lauri. It helps Detroit get Blake off their books early and someone in Lauri THEY can pay.

I know Blakes contract is pricey, but it's only for this season and next. I bet we can get Blake to resign for less than Lauris contract.

I'd prefer to get Wright in a deal with Det. Something like Otto/Thad for Blake/Wright works for me. Gives them a free year to try before they buy on Otto.

Unless it’s in a salary dump with multiple picks coming with Blake, I have no idea why people would want the guy. Can’t think of a move with less upside.

At this point, I would love to see the Bulls trade Carter Jr. for a 2021 first round pick.

Bulls: Alex Len, Stanley Johnson, 2021 First Round Pick(Lottery Protected)
Raptors: Wendell Carter Jr.

Man, there has to be a trade to be made with NO. They have playmaking and picks, but no shooting. We have shooting and could use picks and playmaking.
Both teams have underachieving/expiring young players that could use a change of scenery.
Constantly underwhelmed by the Bulls.

What about a deal with Sacto for Fox/Bagley/Whiteside for White/Markkanen/Carter?

I don't follow Sacramento that closely, but I think that Fox is untouchable. I'm sure you can have Bagley for not that much and Whiteside for a bag of peanuts, but I'm not sure why you'd want any of those guys.
Now, Markannen could be a good fit for them, because they can't really attract free agents. But from that roster, only Fox and Hali have any appeal to me, and I don't think they'd give up on them. That leaves picks as their only other asset that's attractive to us. I don't think they would cough up a 1st for Markannen alone. Maybe you could do something around Lavine and Markannen for Hield, Joseph and picks, but it depends if they're willing to commit to winning.

Bulls trade - Carter/Sato/Young
for
Nets trade- Allen/Dinwiddie/Prince

Trade helps out both teams. Dinwiddie is out for the year with an ACL tear, Nets trade his rights for Sato, a player who can play now and fits there team perfectly. Sato is a pass first, pass second and hit the open shot type of guard and with scorers like Irving, Durant and Harris will fit in well. Next we have Young a solid 3/4 defender who can hit 3s in exchange for Prince who is shooting in the 30's.

Allen is the best player going to the Bulls, I believe he will fit great on this Bulls team. Nets get Carter who can play Allen's role on the Nets in a center tandem with Deandre Jordan. Nets get better more playable depth while Bulls get a young defensive center

I think the Nets value their pieces more than ours, but I'd do that deal in a second...would throw in Hutch or Val if they wanted.

I think Fox and Hali are both primarily PG's and better alonside Hield, but I'd sub Hield for Fox to get the deal done. I want to keep Lavine and think Fox/Lavine could be good for us. Bagley seems to be dealing with a role shrinkage this year, and might be a better fit here.

Yeah, I'd love to have Fox and Lavine, and wouldn't mind trading Markannen for Bagley to get it done, I just have a hard time believing they'd go for it.

Thad and Otto can do alot better than that. Zach Collins is always injured.

The way we play with Otto on the floor makes me think we aren't so quick to get rid of him. He makes the bench better. Maybe we play out this year and sign him to something more reasonable, like 4/60 or 5/75 at the end of the season.

White, Carter a and Sato for Rozier and Miles Bridges.

Why for Charlotte?

They bring home to “locals”, open the door for Lonzo and shift White to the 2, while helping address the void at the 5 from Zeller’s injury.

Why for Chicago?

Rozier isn’t great but he’s a legit point guard who defends, too - likely traceable down the line. And I really like Miles Bridges, even if he has been developing more slowly than I had expected.

Bulls the resign Noah Vonleh to take Carter’s roster spot.

It is 2021 not 2011. This is a truly horrible trade. Blake is a albatross. He is unable to move in space. Hell No!!
