Re: PG: That was way too difficult
It was a win and I liked it,the Bulls just need to learn how to close games like that, still don't like the 3 pg rotation, it isn't working . Would like more Shaq and eventually some playing time for Hutch .I liked especially Zach's defense against D Rose at the end of the game, Porter playing more actively and really liked Wendell's production.A much needed win.

Lauri doesn't post and he doesn't create on the perimeter. He also isn't a good passer and is a horrible help defender. I think the picture at this point is that Lauri is a spot up outside shooter. While that might carve out a spot in the NBA, its a much lesser role than what many had hoped for early in his career.
.......
I will say this. I saw Februlauri. That month was more than him just shooting well. He was handling the ball, creating for himself and others, etc. Not sure if that was a fluke but if he can be that player consistently then the Bulls might have something.
Everyone all knows Lauri isnt Durant or even prime Dirk lite. (You can imitate Peja's game make 3-4 3s and still be successful)
He is playing like trash and very inconsistent almost reminding me of Mirotic.
But to be fair, how many elite guards did the Bulls had since he was drafted?
The answer is 0. Even Drose would be the best combo pg they would have had since he got traded away which is just dumb.
But knowing the Bulls only focus assets on bigs, I give up hope finding one that will feed Lauri. Unless they get CP3, Rondo during the season, I want all the core traded for right price and rebuild. Drafting two way players that dont depend on great players should be the priority regardless of how good he is on 1 aspect.
Lamelo will be a future superstar Bull. Book it. Lavar for president!

He actually isn't but that's not going to stop you making up things to fit your completely strange narrative on players.

Nearly all of Markkanen's advanced stats have gone up.
His true shooting has gone down, but not by as much as eye test would say, because his free throw rate has gone up.
From the basketball's perspective, travel is a nice pause from being pounded to the floor.
