At least we seem to be winning these games where we usually lose from unloseable positions.

Loveland is the most athletic TE I've ever seen at Michigan. Enjoy him Bears fans. Durability is his only real weakness. He can block too and be physical when needed.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

Thought this was one of Ben Johnsons best called games. Stuck with what worked, and had a few really cool tricks up sleeves that came through in big moments. Concerned about Odunze he is dropping balls that would get you benched in college.

I thought this was one of Caleb's most accurate throwing days when looking at pass difficulty / completions. Still seems to miss a lot of checkdowns when he's in trouble and needs to figure out what he's going to do much quicker once he starts scrambling.

The redzone play calling is bad, no easy throws or drives, only trick plays that you can't count on.

Caleb looked good and took care of the ball, reminded me of Dak.

Defense was awful and needs to be terminated. Flacco got every single shot he wanted

I cant believe BJ hit CIN with the end around QB leak pass TWICE in the same game. Thats coaching circles around a bad D.

Crazy game!
I'm not in any fantasy leagues, but the stats are crazy. I'm not even sure what to take from this.

Swift does not play.
LBIII does not play.
Kmet gets hurt and leaves with 1 catch for 10 yards on 2 targets.

Bears score 47 points with no defensive or ST TD's.

Rome - 0 catches on 3 targets
DJ - Only 72 yards receiving on 4 targets....but had a TD pass AND a 17 yard TD pass.
Rookie 7th rnd RB in his first start rumbles for 176 yards on the ground, but gets no TD's.
Loveland comes out of nowhere with 6 catches for 118 yards and 2 TD's.
CW's fantasy stats are probably off the charts. While "only" 280 yards through the air, he threw for 3 TD's, rushed for 53 yards, and caught 2 passes for 22 yards and a TD.

DJ at QB and CW at WR?

This is not a great team, but it is an interesting team to watch. I'll take 5-3 against bad teams any day!

This is the literally the million dollar conundrum for the Bears. Will Caleb develop any semblance of a plan B other than read 1 read 2 :uh oh:. It’s gotta happen. Either commit more often to plan A, or actually have a plan B other than a diminishing by the game scrambling drill. (And deciding to run to the sticks is only half a plan B). But, glad to see that he is being coached to, and be responsive to the coaching to at least doing the half.

Before that last throw, I was about to throw in the towel on CW. I can't take anymore more of the reverse spin, run around like a chicken with his head cut-off moves that usually lead to an incomplete pass. That last throw looked like a real pocket QB. Quick decision and ON TARGET.

Just about a perfect day for the Bears- they miraculously win, Packers and Lions both lose. Makes up for watching the Blue Jays choke away a World Series last night.

Yes, the Bears defense needs a lot of work, but....Flacco has been tearing up every one lately. Last 3 games now averaging around 38 points. Unbelievable run. And we're missing our two best corners. And we're giving them good field position way too often because our ST sucks.

We know he is not going to be the next mahomes now but man he has to get better than that scared playing. It is possible still but he makes me worry.
