I think Maluach goes top 7.

Kon could fall to teens.

Don’t know how he’d get mins for our team. Too small to take Pat’s mins at PF. Lot of guys ahead of him for wing guard mins.

It’s a shame to because he’s a plug and play guy from day one.

Huerter isn't a long term piece. He will be a FA in a year so at that point Kon gets those 25-30 MPG.

Kon IMO is a juiced up Huerter. Would not be surprised if he’s the pick because Billy would love his IQ and hustle.

I think he’s a poor fit with Coby and Giddey on D but if we are somehow getting a defensive C to raise the whole defense it could work.

I do love how Kon competes with body type. He’s a fun watch.

He is a good fit with anyone & while he wont be making the All Defensive team anytime soon he wont kill you on that side of the ball. He also doesn't need the ball in hands to score, wont make glaring mistakes and cant be a secondary play maker if Giddey is off the court.

Maluach's ability to guard on the perimeter against Alabama and then quickly cover ground to protect the paint was outstanding and removed any possible doubts about his potential. Unfortunately every NBA teams and scout will have noted this and drawn a big red circle around it as well.

Yep. I think he could go as high as 3. He’s just so big and long. Duke is also looking to win so they aren’t feeding him anything but lobs.

And honestly I really like Tyrese Proctor as well. Too redundant to players we already have but the kid can play as he demonstrated against Baylor.

Good read. Just updated the mock too.

Very good!

Yeah, I still see little difference in the top 15 (except Flagg) in terms of risk/reward. I really don't want 2 rookies on our squad next season, but man, if we could nab a Broome or Wolf with a late 1st (via trade for Ayo), I'd be hard-pressed to not want to do that.

Yep. Broome fits that winning player high IQ running profile. I want Beringer in that role but I’d be fine with a Riley in the teens and Broome or Rocco later.

I am not sure the Bulls could make a worse move then that. So i guess i wouldn't put it past AK. And Liam McNeeley 9th? He might not even be a first round pick.

Just looking for clarification do you not like either guy or do you think Ayo has is too good to trade for them?

Neither is a rotational level player so giving up a good bench guy for scrubs at the end of round 1 seems like a bad idea.

I would definitely take pick 11 with a chance move up over a guaranteed first exit round and pick 15. I think we are going to get in the playoffs though unfortunately.

Man I don't expect him to be available when we pick, but maaaaaybe we'll be close enough that we could trade up. Maybe using somebody like Ball, Ayo, Huerter or Collins. I doubt it, but if it's only a couple spots or something and there's a team that already has a C they like, maybe we have a chance. Sure sounds like an ideal fit for us.

Having not watched the prospects this year, and committing the cardinal sin of thinking about fit.... Khaman seems like the best possible outcome this draft right? Could be game changing defender, a lob threat, potential floor spacer in time.

Giddey/Coby/Buzelis/Maluach would be a fun young core.

We better not draft Queen. Only plus athletes.
