Agreed.

Nah. Gipson got caught on a penalty that they've recently cracked down on but that was pretty light. He clapped in this guys face, it was a soft flag.

MIller and Wims were taunted (under these rules) aggressively by that Saints DB and reacted.
Yeah I didn't mean to equate the level of actions. Just that Gipson better get his act together because the team isn't putting up with it anymore.

It used to be you never fair caught the ball inside the 10. Now teams do it all the time. I don't get that either. You save minimal yards, and your risk fumbling right at your own goal line. And there's a decent chance of a touch back.

Wow. Time out to avoid penalty, followed by penalty.

PFF graded the Bears o line as dead last for week 1....

Ok great for PFF. They weren't why we lost. And they shouldn't be the excuse for why we wouldn't put in Fields. Sit him to learn, sure, but because you're scared because your oline isn't a top "ranked" oline? Just knock that stuff off.

Not "top ranked". Dead last.

After one game ok.

Yeah lets just sit Fields until PFF ranks our oline to at least, what 12? Is that the time to put him in? Nonsense.

Rams are a Super Bowl contender. Don't make too many assumptions from that game.

David Montgomery is a superstar. Best player on this team.

Really expect some juice from the defense right here.

I am, I love the kid. But I am tired of everyone trying to throw Andy Dalton to the wolves, under the assumption that Fields can turn lead into gold.

Crazy to see Mayfield, Tua, and Dalton all go down within minutes of each other.

Bears play the Browns next week, Case Keenum is the backup. He's done well with Kevin Stefanski but the Bears D did destroy him in Washington in 2019.

So CIN just went for it on 4th and 2, on the CHI 44, early in the 2nd quarter. Isn't that very similar to what the Bears did last week, that Nagy got roundly blasted for?
