I know he looks rough right now but Porter Jr. will be a star

His size is impressive. He's legit 6'10"

I don't know if he was ever super athletic, but he's clearly not 100% right now after the back injury.

If we draft Miles, Markkanen is going to have flashbacks of when Bridges abused him last season.

He's not Lebron or Giannis type athletic, but he can get off the ground quite easily. It will be interesting to see what his vertical will be in the combine- it might surprise some people.

It's probably not hurting him any that he came back, but you have to wonder if it was the best thing for the team. They're getting blown out tonight, and lost in the first round of the conf. tourney.

He will end up being the best player of this draft class.
Then again this class isn’t as impressive as it was first hyped up to be.

Porter would be a perfect fit us. He can do a lot of what March Niko did- make 3's, with the ability to score inside as well. He should be a good rebounder and defender as well. But I could see him scoring 25 a game at his prime.

Porter Jr. is nowhere close to 100% still don't see him dropping out of the top 5.

MPJ looks like complete ****.

He's also definitely a big and won't cut it at the 3 in the NBA.

Exactly. I’d take Young over him. He doesn’t have a position in this NBA.

2nd game back from back surgery. I don’t know what game you were watching but he clearly didn’t have his legs underneath him and was fatigued throughout the whole game. Also it’s known he hasn’t even been practicing (meaning he’s rusty).

I’m just glad you aren’t a Bulls scout cuz you’d prob take Mikal Bridges over him cuz he looked better.

On a different note leaning heavily towards drafting Miles with our 9th pick. Dude just has “it”

A lot of early exists in the tourney for the top half of this draft.

Decent shot for some of the lower guys to up their stock.

Then why return? What's the point? He's damaged his draft stock and hurt his team in the process. I don't see the upside.

Show teams you're tough? Teammates? The University? Bro if you're hurt, stay out. No one would judge you.

I think you can evaluate past rust. Not always about the result.

Obviously tough to do if Porter isn't 100%. Which is why I don't understand him coming back. The tape he put for teams to see is terrible. Even if he's not healthy.

All that's did was raise more questions and concerns.

Even from what I've seen from him when healthy, he's just not that impressive. Got hype job written all over him. He's like a giant, bumbling, awkward Kevin Martin except he probably won't ever be as good of a scorer as KMart was.

He's not fast, he's not an elite athlete, he's doesn't show great promise in any particular area, he's soft. He's got good size & is a good shooter

So we only have bad players in this draft. Except Miles B., Doncic and maybe Musa...
From the basketball's perspective, travel is a nice pause from being pounded to the floor.
