Re: Around The NBA: 2019-20 Season
I think what makes the Bulls season even more frustrating, is that even the teams that most predicted to be the absolute worst still have better records than the Bulls.
Charlotte who most predicted to be dead last in the East is 9-16 above us.
OKC who everyone thought would be dead last in the West, is 10-12 currently tied for a 7th seed.
Last nights game against Miami was a greatly contested hard fought game. But in this league, there is a fine line between a good team and bad. Its normally just as simple as better execution and less mistakes.
I think we are still underachieving as a team which is why I look at the coach.

Lakers commentators are the absolute worst, they treat every made dunk/three like it’s a buzzer beating basket.
Also I’ve never seen so many easy lobs off basic plays than what the Lakers are getting this season

Thank God that Doncic was never in risk of being destroyed by the dysfunction existed here. Hoping for more Ls and more red for Reinsdork and his cronies.

Oh but think how killer the Arci-Dunn-Zach-Luka-Kornet lineup could’ve been!

Those teams are just better coached and (seemingly) like playing for their coach.
It's obvious to everyone except John Paxson that the Bulls have a substitute teacher running the show.

Mavs are my adopted team. Love that kid, what a great answer.

Wolves have fallen off a cliff. 10-13 now. After their 4-1 start they've been as bad as the Bulls at 6-12 in their last 18. Sinking fast.

I Dont know how he thought he would be a good coach. His debacle at Utah with young players was enough. The coach that replaced him made them conwiderably better quickly.

suns and grizzlies were predicted to finish behind the thunder in most places. wolves too in some cases. doesn't change your overall point, though

But I thought they got rid of the problem last year lol. They were supposed to unlock the greatness of Kat and Wiggins now that Thibs and Butler are gone.

Their schedule got real. At least Wiggins improved. ved. He is about as bad as a 26 ppg scorer can be, but that is still not actually bad, which he used to be.

Wolves are soft as hell. They're not going to win consistently until KAT and Wiggins decide to become gritty players and lead the charge on defense.

NBA needs to make a change to the Chritmas day schedule, I need to see Dallas vs Houston in place of GSW vs Houston.

Too late for that, but I would rather not see Houston at all. Luka would've been great, though.

No one should have to be subjected to watching Houston on national TV.

Re: Around The NBA: 2019-20 Season
Wolves' slow down was inevitable. They must be relieved to have Wiggins performing at a good level. I imagine they should shop him to plan for a strong FA run to build a better team around KAT? CP3 might be a bad but pursued idea for them.
Bet Phoenix climbs back up, they seem like a 5-6 seed to me. Hopefully Ayton comes back energized to play and not looking dejected. They're an entirely solid team. Does seem like having Rubio and Baynes healthy is a big part of their success. I actually think they're better than Utah, who's been disappointing.
Anyway, this happened last year. West started slow, but in the end, had an 8 seed with 48-wins. Bit early to call SAC, SAS, MIN and POR out the race, and I know LAL is playing really, really strong basketball contrary to my expectations. Curious to see how they do in their LAC/DEN rematches, along with MIL/MIA. So long Lebron and Davis are healthy, hard to stop them with the league-wide parity.

Who was the poster that was questioning my disappointment that we signed Kornet when we could have held off and possibly done the deal to get Bertrans? The poster that was trying to convince me they were basically the same player but Kornet was a better defender
