HEY EVERYBODY LOOK AT ME I'M STEPHEN A SMITH...ARE YOU LOOKING? DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME PLEASE ...OK LEBRON IS GOING TO NY....NO WAIT HE'S GOING TO MIAMI...STAY TUNED FOR MORE UPDATES BECAUSE TOMORROW I'LL TELL YOU WHERE ELSE HE'S GOING TO SIGN!

Seriously Lebron is going to have a tough time playing for all these teams, the travel back and forth is going to be tough, especially if he has games on the same nights in two different states

Why do some people treat worst case scenarios like they're so much more likely than best case or even good scenarios?

To me, this video game lineup is much less likely than any of the other scenarios that have been put out there. Is it possible? Sure. I just have a very hard time envisioning it and it would require a lot of dominoes falling a certain way.

THIS.

SAS is basically Ron Artest at his post chip press conference.

I'm less excited for this Thursday now. Pat Riley is a douche....a complete douche and you know he's going to come back to coach this team.

At least we didn't gut our whole roster.

First, I'll lend this rumor some credence by actually responding to it like it is true and saying - if this happens, it will be a giant suck and be one of the worst blows to Chicago sports, if not THE worst.

Second, it's Stephen A Smith and he's just hitching his wagon to another rumor and hoping it sticks. Chris Broussard has already taken over the Bulls bandwagon. Stephen is just picking Miami and rolling with it.

Third, this scenario - even more than the Lebron/Bosh in Chicago scenario, would fly in the face of what Bosh has been saying regarding being a centerpiece. It would be one thing to be under Lebron, but then he'd be under Lebron and Wade. In Chicago, it would be basically Lebron, Bosh, Rose.

Yea, no chance of happening, unless of course they are adding 2 more basketballs to the NBA game.

Also, Pat Riley is a good coach but not a Phil Jackson. I dont think he can manage all three of those egos.

And dont try and compare it to the Celtics. All three of those guys were on the downside of their careers and willing to sacrifice. Two of these three are just reaching their peak. One is going down from his.

Not happening.

Seeing as no more than a week ago, SAS said LBJ was going to be a Knick, I'll pass on believing this story.

It's weird how the same posters who don't buy any reports about him coming to the Bulls are just ready to buy into this story from Stephen feraking A Smith... the same guy who said the Knicks were frontrunners not much more than a week ago.

Take this all with a grain of salt. Logic says the Bulls are his best option (realistically speaking). A lot of the reports of him going to Chicago have also come from within his circle... Just go into this knowing that the Bulls have a great shot and leave it at that.

It would be a blow to the entire NBA... how many people would just stop watching at that point?

Well we got rid of Kurt Im down with that--and we can still get some good players. I would have thought with the Thibo WWW connection, we would have already known about this scenario.

Let's hope this is just BS.

Cap Q- if a ring chasing vet (Brad Miller for example) wanted to go to Miami for the minimum, would he be able to go there for the roughly $500K we use as the cap hold, or is there a veterans minimum that would make that impossible?

I mean... I don't just want to discredit a report because it says he's not coming here... but it's SAS for Christ's sake... What is he, like a notch above HoopsWorld?

I love that his show had worse ratings on daytime ESPN than the crap filler programming that was there before it (random bowling, AND1 mixtape tour, crap like that).

It is BS because why would Lebron have to settle to play in Wade's shadow in South Beach?

It makes little sense. I doubt its true. Nobody knows anything. It's really speculation.

If it's true than so be it, we can still get an Amare/Johnson combo and be set up for good success.

Yup... SAS has garbage sources or he just like to speculate new garbage every week. I don't trust any report that comes out at this point...but if I did, it wouldn't be his.
