Indiana - Orlando on now,
looks like Indiana found a
2nd round sleeper in Stevenson.

Alas, no Dante and Galante this year.
Stern forced them out....

Agreed but it was never a question of talent with Stevenson. From all reports just an awful teammate, and approaches the game the wrong way. Just imagine the opposite of Tyler Hansbrough. It wasn't just college either. He was a top 5 prospect coming out of high schools and teams just dropped out of recruiting him because of his terrible personality. So maybe being drafted in the second round was a bit humbling for him, but I doubt it.

Anyone know what Taj isn't in the summer league? Is he already too good for this?

Its pretty much up to each team how they do summer league. Some teams put in younger guys even with a season or two under there belt just so they can get more experience. Even if they have logged lots of minutes in the NBA (an example: OKC has Harden on there roster). Some teams just want to see as many young players as they can to see if they can find a diamond in the rough. Quite honestly it just depends on the team. So I guess the Bulls felt Taj wouldn't get much out of summer league and they had some other guys they wanted to see play.

We have an all-star summer league squad. We better go undefeated. I wanna see Byars and Ogilvy make it. Almond is a very nice shooter. McNeal would be a nice backup PG.

He's on the Laker's summer league team.

Want to give the foot time to heal completely. I disappointed Kurz is not there. I think he could make the team, as a stretch 4, 9th, or 10th man, but still.

i like the shape of the SL roster. could be some contributors come out of there this season.
Johnson needs a big summer to develop his game some more. Almond,Ogilvy,Byars & Samuels are intriguing prospects to consider.
But Joe Alexander could be a huge pick up if he can stay healthy and get back to the potential he had before turning into Michael Olowakandi.

If we have lets say 6 players signed by the 10th then I would love to fill out the end of the roster with Almond, McNeal, Byars, Alexander, Richard, and Ogilvy... Although watching alot of Vandy games over the years I can very much say that Ogilvy was a great freshman and then became a wallflower on an improving team.

Awwww. Wonder why he didn't go play for the Tall Blacks or The Boomers. Would think he'd get more money there. You know how much he's signed for?
