Hey drose, you just tore your acl but we want you to continue to work extremely hard to create shots for everyone on this team including yourself. Have fun in the playoffs

Jon Lucas was cut by Toronto, so there you go. He will be Nate's replacement. Our FO's big signing.

I sure hope not....why not get a long lengthy sg or sf instead of a midget ball hogging backup 4th pg

Well our FO is hoping that Snell is that long lengthy SG or SF.

I will surely miss Nate, and I'm not really a fan of his, but I loved what he brought to the team and how he played his heart out for us last year.
In Rose’s basketball mind, like most of ours, LeBron may be the sun, and in that the world and all other planets (players) revolve around all things LeBron, but to Derrick, Derrick is the universe. Greater than.

Yeah, it's called the re-sign Luol Deng plan and bring Mirotic over.

What Jimmy tweeted to Nate was just a joke tbh. He probably just deleted it b/c people were taking it seriously.

Lack of a secondary ball handler in the fourth while LBJ is hawking Rose will once again be our downfall unless Rose goes berserk. The need seems obvious but so did flipping Deng for Barnes last season.

Good luck, Rose. Try not to blow out your other knee while while having to score and create on damn near every possession you're on the court.
Just a must-watch army of possessed ass-kickers laying the smack down night after night after night. People are gonna hate playing the Bulls this year.

So basically that plan is to lose in the second round or ECF and then lose Derrick Rose to the Lakers? Hmm that plan sucks ass.

You know your front office sucks when you can't get LeBron James to wanna play with Derrick Rose. Then you can't trade Deng. Then you can't even resign Nate Robbinson.

Sadly that's the most realistic outcome.

Not to mention it would have cost us Asik, Boozer, and Nate to make it happen.

if people are taking it as a given that LBJ can shut Rose off at will, you basically need a second Derrick Rose then, right? Seriously. Are people saying that a Nate Robinson is going to carry the team to a title as Rose cries in a corner with Lebron hovering over him menacingly?

Any guess on who this top 5 player is and how the Bulls can get him?

...........

Edit add: Don't get me wrong here. I'm pissed. I think the Bulls are fools to hang their hats on a 2014 plan that will get them nothing. I love Nate in his role and want him back. That said, I wanted him running the offense when Derrick is on the bench so that the team doesn't score 0 points every time the starters go out. It never struck me that Nate is going to be your primary scoring option late in playoff teams against the Heat.
