kulaz3000 mentioned it earlier, but the report isn't even sure if the woman is Hibbert's fiance or wife. If they can't even get that straight, are we really supposed to believe any of the other details are remotely credible?

Besides, it REALLY doesn't make sense for Evan Turner, the guy who was JUST traded there, to be the one to get offended and stick up for Hibbert to keep the "sense of team"...It would have been someone there longer than 3 months.

Why not?

Turner finally gets to go to a team that's not considered a joke and considered to have the best chance to beat Miami, and all that goes down the drain cause your superstar can't keep his pants zipped and have the moral sense to not bang your friend's wife. I'd want to move past this too if I was him, and Lance being the dick he can be, has no problem airing that out in front of EVERYONE. I'd sock his ass too.

What makes you think that? There's a long list of examples where athletes publicly denying things they've done that were worse than this, at least from a legal perspective. Sure the story could be false, but PG publicly denying it doesn't do anything to sway me to believe he's innocent.
