Tell me how any of these players help you. Drummond is not worth the contract he will demand. Boogie and Wall are no longer stars. Plus you are willing to pay Wall 41 million over the next 3 seasons. This is not good asset management.

The Bulls need to get lucky on buy-low scenarios. Wall and Boogie are 30, and depending on health (which is the big if), could return to near allstar form. In terms of the cap space, I just don't see a better likely target to spend that on (again assuming Wall is healthy).

i like wall i think he will definitely be worth the trade and boogie is alot more level headed now with how things went for him ......i think we get those 2 and only give up wcj and otto plus a first and we could legitimately fight the nets for a chance to play for a title

If they are this good. Why would Houston do it? This is just fiction.

A broken down Boogie and Wall is not going to make us title contenders. That is pure fiction but carry on.

4 years/$171 million. 2 years left after this season. He actually makes $44 and $47 million over the last two seasons! Absolutely ridiculous contract.

I'm not a huge fan of getting a bunch of projected low 1st round picks and swaps.
That only works well if you gut the team acquiring your star player. OKC didn't gut the Clippers and unless Kawhi leaves and they tank hard(as in fail)then the picks will be low 1sts and come to nothing for OKC.

When you do what the Nuggets did to the Knicks or what the Celtics did to the Nets. Yeah it works out fine but the gamble on the Nets imploding or the Clippers is not likely to produce high FRP's.

That's why so many were incredulous to the Rockets taking on his contract but they also got a 1st for Westbrook in return.

Return to Chicago Bulls
