Casey said today that Cade is on course to be available on Wednesday. Added that they won’t rush him back, though.

Just get the W - I don't care if we win by 1pt or 20pt or 30+pt (although, would love it if we did win fairly easily).

I want to see how we look now that the games will count for good and not only how the new guys look but how Pat Will plays. I am sure Zach will be Zach (superstar/mvp in the making).

Go Bulls!!!

Welcome back Chicago Bulls basketball, my biggest hope is that we can beat the teams that we are suppose to beat and COMPETE against the so called "title contenders, guaranteed playoff teams." I think top teams and Executives in the NBA are overlooking the Bulls and it is going to benefit us in the long-run throughout the course of the season.

I hope the bulls realize the urgency for us to get off to a good start of the season realizing the gauntlet we have for the next 20 games after the first 5. We really need to go 5-0 if we hope to come out of that gauntlet at least .500 or close to it. Dropping these games early in the season could come back and bite us to end the season.

Anything can happen, but I'd like to think we've reached a point where we can be consistent bumslayers.

Detroit is a dreadful, dreadful team.
Scottie Pippen's response to whom he would pick for his running mate, Michael or LeBron: "That's a dumbass question. I've never done anything with LeBron. I wouldn't take LeBron to the movies."

The game hasn't started yet and this thread has already 2 pages. Impressive. The excitement is real.

No reason for the Bulls to worry. They play like they are capable of they win.

The east is not the terrible top heavy 3-4 good teams east anymore. Outside of Detroit and Orlando every game is going to be a dogfight and a lot of good east teams will lose on the road when they go to Charlotte, Washington, Indiana etc or the teams that many think will just be fighting for play in spots.the east especially from seed 3-9 records will be so close that a few games will likely separate the 4th seed from the 8th seed. This is why we dont really have many games to blow and treat like we have time.

Now factor in a very tough first 25 games the east is now too good to start those first 25 games way under .500 i.e 8-17 or something like that. That hole could be too steep to climb out of where even if we got to .500 or a few games above. 500 we could still miss the playoffs based on how good the rest of the east is. We seriously can't take any nights off and can't afford many let down games.

I'll be disappointed if we don't win by more than a dozen. Betting line is only 3 or 4- if I were into that, I'd lay the mortgage on Bulls covering that.
