If Chicago is Westbrooks only option, he’s just gonna retire, lol

Excellent tank loss, looked awesome in the first half, and then let a shooter go off on us. Pacers get another W and we get further away from the playin. I'm so glad we're tanking again, no stress.

Zach had a very good game. We shouldn't be in that position at all in this game. We were up by 24pts. I blame this one on Donovan.

Pacers are now 3-16 over their last 19 games. 2 of the 3 wins are against the Bulls

AK is the master of losing leverage LMFAO.

Bunch of losers on this team already gave up the season before the deadline. The only reason they play for Bulls is they want to have pretty stats-line. Yet AK did decide to do nothing at the deadline to compete for the play-in tournament!

Good job, AK! Every single team except the Bulls knows Bulls gonna give up and they have to be a seller after the season ends. And AK MUST fetch something good when he's forced to trade most of his losing players, right?

What about the Vuc contract. He's on an expiring contract and yet AK didn't trade him. I mean if AK really wants to resign with Vuc as he kept saying then why the hell didn't he offer eligible contract extension already?

And the GREATEST secret extension! AK really gave that extension even after Bulls got crushed in the 1st round of the playoffs while Bulls won one single game only because old DDR led the team.

I've said AKME **** up the Bulls since they traded for Vuc. Yet many including realgm users(and some pretend that they didn't like the Vuc trade at that moment LMFAO) mocked me. Here's the result. AKME **** up the franchise. I mean cheap ownership is the biggest problem BUT AKME THEMSELVES are also the tremendous problem.

The game was lost when in the last minute Turner made the 3 and Vuc missed the open 3. Game was basically done.

Also, Carlisle outcoached Billy again. He had a small ball lineup while we had Vuc in the middle, they doubled Vuc passed it to Ayo, Caruso, Coby, PWill and Terry - all bricked it when we really needed to make those. While They were running and gunning and moving the ball where Vuc couldn't keep up and they kept making the 3s and momentum was gone along with the lead.

Lavine played great and looked visibly tired at the end with no rest basically in the 2nd half. I can't blame him.

It might look like we made a bunch of 3s but look up in the 2nd half and in the 4th - we bricked a **** load of 3s while Pacers made **** load of 3s.

I don't mind this loss. Now looking for the best odds to get into the top 4 for the draft pick. Let's gooooooooooooooo!!!!!!

Holy ****; Mikal with 43 points! Seriously, Sean Marks bailed out his job and the franchise with that Suns trade. I think they're going to be better, and they have a lot of draft picks now.

Wait - wrong thread.

Uh - so look guys. We're 2 games ahead of the Magic, who are the 5th worst team in the NBA.

If we can somehow claim that spot, then we can run up to 40% odds for a top-4. At least gives us a reason to get drunk on draft night.

I also preferred watching Coby, Ayo and Pat put up more shots.

We arent exactly better with him either. So im not sure where that is coming from. DDR also played when we were up 21 and lost.

It's just a terrible takeaway to argue that we're better without our best player. We're 1-4 without him. He's not the problem. We're just built terribly.

Oh ok thats fair. I just wasnt sure the context you were making.

There are just so many fundamental things wrong with the team. Its not one, not two, not three things wrong. There are several small things going on that create a huge mess.

The collective big 3 is the issue. Zach is an amazing talent, but he is a turnover machine at times and he just doesnt have IQ down the stretch. Demar is an amazing offensive talent. But he doesnt play defense, doesnt shoot 3s and slows down the offense. Vooch is a fantastic rebounder and facilitator, but he is as weak as it gets on defense. Which ultimately compromises the whole defense.

The fix is, basically find a way to get the ball consistently out of Demar and Zach's hands. Find a way to find a mobile defensive big that can shut down the paint while rebounding really well. Lonzo fixes the first 2 issues. We still need to make a decision on Vooch and replace his production with someone else.

Yeah, this is only way to save season is getting the 5th chance and somehow getting a top 4 pick. Then trade Zach for a haul, qnd go from there.

Zach had a very, very good game, great even...until the less minute or so. Like usual.

I'm not taking away from what he did the first 99% of the game, but we've seen him enough in the clutch to know he is not that guy at the end of the game. I know we didn't have DeMar, but do literally anything else in that situation. He can't be trusted to make the right decision in crunch time.

And you're right we should have never even been in that position in the first place, but that doesn't change the facts of Zach in the clutch.

There is zero point in being a good basketball player if you can't execute in the final two minutes of a game. ZERO.

He is stealth tanking. He is worried that if we make some trades and all of a sudden we become a little better and still miss the playoffs - while he know with this current team we might as well be the 4th to 6th worst team in the NBA and could get to the top 4 and then it would be a lot easier to break this up and not break the relationship with the players/agents.

Just saying.

Realistically the furthest we can tank is the 5th worst record in the league. Would be the most Chicago Bulls thing ever to wind up with the 5th pick.

I get the thinking, but getting a top 4 pick wouldn't help this franchise.

Getting pick 3 or 4 would only end up in another Williams or Terry type player.

Getting Scoot or Wembanyama might seem nice, but it's highly likely they would be ruined by Donovan and/or AKME.

And I'm not advocating for the playoffs either. I think all options suck. The franchise is in the deepest pits of NBA hell.

This was a Zach Lavine chucking game. He made his shots but Coby got pissed at him on one play and both Billy and Fleming were constantly yelling at him from the side line to move the ball (and then he would just ignore them and hit a contested tough shot)

That's without mentioning the anti clutch stuff

Also, Dalen was a trainwreck on offense. Solid on D, though. Still want to see him get minutes, because at this point, why not?
