I thought the Bulls were really sloppy and played poorly, still put up 126 and won a game.
I guess this is why everyone shoots 3s.

Free Jalen Smith. Only 11 minutes. Terry got 12 and produced 0 points 0 rebounds 1 assists and 4 fouls.

They won't do it, but what would be really interesting is starting Jalen at the 4 next to Vuc.

Agree, that would be a viable solution to our problem.

Right now Vuc isn't the issue, Williams is.

Lonzo too, if we are so inclined to consider offers

Lavine is 2 ppg behind Tatum & KD in scoring on _much_ fewer shots.
Lavine: 26 ppg on 16 FGA
Tatum: 28 ppg on 20 FGA
SGA: 28 ppg on 23 FGA
Durant: 28 ppg on 18 FGA

I think he can be moved for matching salaries of useless roleplayers.

Nice. 41 wins just like AK likes.

If he maintains this type of play, we should just think about keeping him.

Wonder how Billy justifies giving Pat twice as many minutes than Smith. At this point, the Bulls infatuation with Pat is just embarrassing.

I still don't understand why teams are not trying to trade for him - a team like Lakers would be favs to win it all with having LeBron/AD and Lavine as their top 3 guys. With LeBron and AD, Lavine would have so many easy shots and he is already a damn efficient player already in his entire career basically. Maybe same with Bucks and atleast a few other teams as well.

Lavine is just wasted here. He is not a 1st option but he would be ELITE as a 3rd option.

That would be selling cheap.

Zach is NOT a bad contract anymore, look at what the random dudes named Jalen just signed for.

It worked when we started Vuc and Drummond last season. Also, Williams may be better playing against second unit guys. Again, I don't think they'd do it but it would be interesting to see them try it out.

Williams might be even better if he played against G league guys …

Or maybe if he took up golf?

I agree. Pat has to have incriminating videos of Donovan. It's the only possible explanation other than Billy being a stubborn idiot.

Oh... wait...

When (if) Lonzo's minute restriction is lifted he should take all of Pat's minutes.

He's still a bad contract, it's a hard contract to match also with current contracts out there.

He's barely getting paid more than random bad starters off their rookie deal.

The fact that apron teams can't match doesn't make his deal bad it just makes them being in the apron stupid.

PF angst aside, the team showed a lot of grit tonight. Making the comeback and forcefully taking the game. In the past, these are the games where the Bulls would make a run only to fold at the end.

This could be a fun ride.

They're gonna be bad on defense, but they're gonna be able to put up points. If the other team can't keep up, Bulls win.

Yeah this is a play-in team at worst.

We're the kings of being mid, we'll find a way to be in the thick of the play-in race for sure.

Win the first play-in game by 30, lose the next one by 30. :banghead:

I'd really like to see Phillips get a lot of Pats minutes. I like the energy he plays with, and he's been hitting his 3's.

If that happens Matas will most likely continue to sit on the bench.

I wish AK thought about the teams future, but he seems to take it year by year.

Like I said after the Bucks game, all we have to do it make 50% of our threes and we’re a playoff team.
