That Wiseau guy spent $7 Mill on this movie. I don't know how anyone who read the script decided to give him funding.

There is nothing better than seeing a theater showing of The Room. There was a showing recently in Chicago with Tommy Wiseau making an appearance.

Buy the DVD on Amazon. Google search for Q&A's with Wiseau. You won't be disappointed.
