Who has said they aren't a good team? Where I disagree is with those who think that they are on the same level/better than us.

The SG position on this team is horrible if it takes Taj to get and NBA level SG on this team...............so be it.

It's been asked in the past...Thibs defends him lie he's his son.

When they bring it up with Thibs he always mentions other guys missing assignments, or some deficiency the whole team displayed. And he's right. It's never Bogans by himself. Thing is, Bogans isn't playing heavy minutes and he's on the bench in the 4th quarter. So we can never definitively pin a loss on him and only him.

Ultimately, I think it's just that this team hasn't gone on a losing streak. Thibs seems conservative about rotation changes, and he respects the vets. If the team is winning, maybe he doesn't feel he has a good enough reason to make a switch.

Bogans is going to be the starter until this team either starts losing or trades him. Let's hope it's the latter.

Your coach is morbidly obese and can only get a half chub (because he's so fat that there isn't enough blood for him to get a full one) by licking feet.

That's code for saying that Pedopus Rex is a huge, weirdo creep.

Best part about this, it seems to me both teams are renewing the rivalry to an extent and thats wonderful IMO.

Nice hard fouling Amare...the league is boring...

NY vs Chi is good for sports in general...

BTW....stop acting like girls and whining because another teams fans talk trash. MODs MODS please BAN THEM! LOL It's all in good fun man..its just sports...that dude BJ's posts are reading like he's crying behind the monitor. Dude made numerous threats in the game thread..thats ok?

Anyway....Bulls had a pretty bad game...The Knicks are clearly the more athletic team....Pringles system is lethal when he has the right players..

Im praying we meet them in the first round...What a wonderful series it would be..

Landry Fields is nice...today was my first time really seeing him.

Brewer shoulda dunked that ****. Blowing a wide open gimmie...in MSG...on Christmas? Embarrassing.

Hope everyone here contines to have a blessed day.

Happy B-day Jesus

With the way Taj is playing since Boozer's return I'd dangle him as trade bait.

Might be kinda short sighted to say, but Kurt Thomas versus Taj Gibson coming off the bench is negligible. We lose some rebounding, and athleticism, maybe a little interior D, but we'd gain a freaking NBA worthy SG.

KT is a foul machine. If we had no Gibson that would've been 13 minutes more for Asik and Scal.

Gibson needs to play more, not less. We need his shot blocking and challenging especially with Noah out a long while.

The point above about Korver being forced to sit for the 3rd quarter in favor of Bogans is an excellent one. Korver was looking like he had a rhythm out there for once, and he was re-inserted much too late and was ice cold by then.

I couldn't agree anymore. Starting Bogans hurts the Bulls in so many ways with no clear benefit; it's unbelievable that an NBA head coach can pull this off for so long. People will obviously look at all the crappy plays Bogans does and doesn't make when he's in. And that's completely fine. But what is not so clear is how he is huring the players that should be playing instead of him. He's not giving the best players on the team an optimal chance to get a rhythm and gel. The coach is putting his own team at a competitive disadvantage. This is one of the 'assistant head coaching' thought processes that I see Thibs exhibiting. And that's not good. He's a head coach now.

I apologize for any trolling actions from fellow Knicks fans! It's usually not my style to post on another team's board but I thought I share my two cents with you guys today...

No matter what anyone says, you guys have a very good team here. Players like Noah and Rose have shown a lot already in the postseason and will be cornerstones for a long time. Boozer is a nice addition even though I dont really like him as a second option. Thibs let's your team play a style that I think a lot of older NY fans appreciate, gritty, hard nosed defense as the base with a well executing offense. If you guys would have a SG or if Deng would be a little more aggressive, watch out.

As for my Knicks, we are a good team. Finally. Not a great team but a good, solid team that can beat anyone on any given night. They play team basketball, are playing as a unit and have two great leaders in Stoudemire and Felton. I like what I see but just as it is the thing with your team, we still have some things to work on.

Merry christmas to all of you and keep the love for the game!
Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies...

The Bulls have the better win differential (the best predictor of team success) while also playing the tougher schedule, having the better record in reality, and suffering far more from key players missing games.

Knicks are a solid team, but the Bulls have been better to this point. The mistake many fans make is over exaggerating the small sample size of games that their team plays directly against one opponent.

That may or may not have bearing if those two teams met in a series, but means very little vs the overall performance throughout a whole season.

What reason? Blaming our schedule at this point is pathetic. We beat you guys twice, yes twice, we beat Denver, OKC, we were less than half a second of beating Boston and scored 114 on their championship elite defense, we scored over 100+ on your supposedly elite defense. I really fail to see where you guys are getting this idea that your better, let alone far superior like many of you think. Maybe thats the problem with your players as well, underrating us and in the end its costing you. Injuries and schedules are part of the game, stop looking for excuses is all Im saying.

So, I guess 2 head to head matchups is a good enough sample size to define teams.

Knicks fans, gotta love em
