Trae going top 6 only means JJJ or Bamba is there if MPJ or WCJ or someone else unexpected also goes top 6.

Speaking of trades, I'd like the NBA and it's television affiliates to adopt the same policy regarding the trading of draft picks as they have the selection of draft picks. Meaning...no spoilers! Let the commissioner be the first to tell me. Better surprise factor for sure.

No chance they leave Bamba on the board and take WCJ.

I have spent a ton of time in Sacramento. Its not that bad of a city. Great theater/arts town. San Francisco is not too far and Lake Tahoe is also close. Its not that bad. I can think of worse towns.

As crappy as the city is, it doesn't really even matter. It's an awful franchise. Players care about that. Just look at Danny Ferry, who actually had the balls to say no to the Clippers and play in Italy.

If I'm Doncic I definitely threaten to pull a Danny Ferry. The talent on that team is really awful. And then throw in the incompetent ownership and front office. It's the most hopeless looking franchise in the league. Even the Knicks look better now.

None of the talking heads seem to have a pulse of what is going to happen in the top 10... reading my tea leaves I think the following will be gone for sure before the Bulls pick:

Ayton
Bagley
Doncic

That means one of the following will be there at 7:
JJJ
Bamba
Young
MPJ

I think if Young is the survivor, the Bulls might go WCJ.
Working on becoming Titletown:
Bears - 9
Bulls - 6
Blackhawks - 6
Cubs - 3
White Sox - nobody cares :D

To me Luka is a fantastic outcome and MPJ isn’t a good one, so I’m rooting for the Bulls to pony up to get 3 (if that’s even possible).

:-?

I'm still gonna be surprised if the Bulls (or anyone) took Porter over any of the top 6 if available. Or Carter. Porter is an option starting at 8 when reasonable alternatives are gone. Hell maybe even Knox has presented now as a reasonable alternative. Porter is probably a Knick or Cav.

Porter has be the guy at 7 unless his back is broken. Carter just screams settling for mediocrity. We need elite talent. We screwed up our tank so we must pay up to move up or take a risk on Porter.
Exactly, given that we are only are #7, you gotta roll the dice here.
