It’s top 3 protected.

I expect them to make another trade either w Beasley or Culver for a win now move.

You are right it is unprotected next year. My God for Russell.

Is Mobley JJJ or AD?

I don’t think he’s as freakishly coordinated as AD, so I’m gonna say JJJ. I think Mobley’s defense will translate better than JJJ’s though. They’re probably similarly long, but Mobley’s anticipation is ridiculous.

I’m thinking more AD at Kentucky. I think Mobley is actually ahead of AD at same age.

The top 5 of this draft is stacked.

My top 5...
Green
Suggs
Cade
Kuminga
Mobley

I’d be all for a trade up of our pick, Coby, and Lauri for Suggs.

Haliburton statistically is the best rookie so far in the 2020 draft class. We all knew this was going to happen. He was the most developed skill PG in the draft. People argued his ceiling though which is why they were more favoring Killian who so far looks like a complete bust.
You never want a player to be a bust, but Killian Hayes was the one guy that screamed 2nd rounder to undrafted to me. I know the German league, it's pretty awful. I've seen him here and I'm very happy we didn't draft him.

He's an 18-yr old in the NBL and if he starts to show out like he's done early in the season, he could be fast-riser. Not as athletic as LaMelo, but considering size, age, and skill that might be his ceiling. His floor seems to be in the Satoransky range.

I think he's someone for Bulls fans to keep an eye on

Dunk @ 1:07...good lord. What a face plant.
He never should have watched Dunn..

I’m comparing him to Kentucky AD, too. The way he moved for a guy his size was insane. He and KG are in a class all their own in that way.

Kuminga has the highest upside in the draft Imo. Big time athlete with two-way ability.

I like the lottery of this draft. Like Moody. Like Brown... anyone see some Jonathan Isaac in him?
Bouknight reminds me of Lavine.

They both have higher ceilings than Cade. Lower floors too IMO.

Correct. I remember when Orlando fans were clamoring for him to play more, but he simply wasn't ready. Could shoot, yes, but it took awhile for him to adjust. It wasn't until 09-10 that people believed he would stick around.

I hope we consolidate our players and future draft picks to move higher if we don't have a top 3 pick. I'm done with guys like Coby and WCJ.

Agreed. AD has such a unique game and his movement is pretty unmatched. KG is actually a pretty fair comparison with the coordination at that size.

Don't think they have higher ceilings at all.

Playmaking and being able to manage an NBA harcourt offense are star traits. Cade can potentially reach those heights.

Maybe. I question Cade’s athleticism and first step.

Agreed. IMO Cade's upside is by far the highest in the draft. No question its higher than Jalen's. You can make an intriguing case for Kuminga, even if I personally dont agree.

We should draft Reddish/Hacinura/Doumboya before White and Porter/Shai/either of Bridges before Carter. They are so much better athlethicly and physically than kur picks.

Not saying he is just as good as him, but this is pretty much exactly the same thing people said to justify taking some big man over Luka Doncic…
