If these guys are showing no signs or are not feeling any kind of sickness then why are they being tested? Need to move on from these joke protocols, these guys are not over 65 nor over 300 pounds with health issues! People need to wake up from this BS!
The city isn't mandating the Bulls test. I see a lot of dumb ignorant comments by yourself. I had a co-worker of mine who was under 45, and WAY under 300 pounds with no pre-existing health issues die of CoVid a few months back. Also a few other people I know ended up in the hospital. Luckily the NBA hasn't had any serious cases, but don't be a idiot.
I know the city isn't mandating the Bulls testing but look at the Suns. What are they doing the Bulls aren't? Open, no mandates here in AZ. Is that it? Herd immunity??
As for dumb ignorant comments..you mean common sense and not brainwashed?
Sorry and unfortunate for your co-worker but how does that relate to the NBA players being tested everyday despite being vaccinated? If they are not showing any symptoms, why are they being tested everyday?

How can you be an NBA fan and be this ignorant as to how COVID testing works in professional basketball?
Then answer why haven't the Suns had one guy on the list?
I mean it's a flu..how long we going to keep this going? You can't eradicate a flu!
For those questioning this:
https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/bulls-covid-outbreak-nba-postpones-chicagos-next-two-games-with-10-players-in-health-and-safety-protocols/Bulls center Nikola Vucevic recently returned to game action after his own bout with COVID-19 in November. The Bulls have been testing players and coaches multiple times per day amid the team-wide outbreak. The good news is that Bulls players are vaccinated, so they're not dealing with too many severe symptoms.
https://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/bulls/ct-chicago-bulls-coby-white-covid-19-daily-testing-20211201-mn4xdagxjnek3hhpatwvh6andq-story.htmlThe Chicago Bulls will reinstate daily COVID-19 testing after guard Coby White tested positive ahead of the team’s two-game trip to New York, coach Billy Donovan said Wednesday.
It does seem that NBA teams have some lattitude over how much they test. The Bulls at some point increased their test frequency . . . and then increased it again.
I'm not sure if this is a league requirement or voluntary. Regardless, this regimen would likely create a snowball type situation where one positive test leads to more testing, which leads to more positive tests, which leads to more testing.
If everyone was symptomatic, I'm not sure it would matter but most of the reports I have read are that the players are not symptomatic.
Anyone have any details on exactly what the requirements are?
