EVERYBODY saw this coming from Kirk. Except the guy that, you know, actually gets paid to make these kinds of decisions.

Every time the Bulls are down by 25 I just think about how much we would be winning by if Patrick Beverley was our starting point guard.

Wait, is the use of "15 minutes" sarcastic or serious?

Because I think we've all been over this before, but one doesn't hold against Asik the fact that a coach played him a certain amount per game. The player should not be judged on that.

Basically a jab at comments made by more than a few people who thought the Bulls shouldn't re-sign Asik.

I hate Hinrich, but even if he was playing at the level he was at during his final season on the Bulls it would have been a solid signing.

Hinrich's drop off is really inexplicable.

we can argue about particularly choosing Kirk Hinrich. I don't believe the Bulls figured on having Rip finish a full season and felt they needed a combo guard. Or something near to a combo guard.

Look, why do people like jumping on the team for decision after a loss? We all know about Asik and why we had to let him go. Whether we are the ones up 30 or Asik has 2pts 6fouls. Let that one go. Move forward.

At this point the bigger issue is why suddenly we are playing so piss poor on both ends. 2 of the worse games played back to back. The way we are playing right now, we wont win any of these games in this stretch. Not only lose but lose big in each one if we dont wake up.

This is a case study of a player adjusting to his role on a team. A consideration that always needs to be brought into scouting.

Asik should've been traded last year. GarPax have done plenty of good things, but that was clearly a mistake. You can't give a guy 25 million to back up Noah when you're intent on staying under the cap, and you shouldn't just let a guy as good as Omer walk for nothing.

Games like this should make Rose take his time with his rehab because this team isn't winning jack **** this season.

Why did we wait until the 4th quarter to space the floor and run high PnRs?

I'm trying to figure out why Rose is going to stay a Bull for his entire career. This franchise simply can't sign a superstar, the best player we've signed in the past decade is the player we want amnestied. The talent gap between Rose and the second best player is absolutely ridiculous on this current team.

or traded Noah. Its not unthinkable. Not if you have balls and confidence in your player evaluations. Not to mention never marrying your players. Thats what separated the top GMs and ownership from the herd.

His play fell of dramatically each year since then, when he was on the Wizards and when he was on the Hawks. Giving im that contract in the first place was just poor management. Considering his poor play, his contract will be unmovable as well.
