OT: TMZ - Rose being sued/accused of drugging and gang raping former GF

Will be interesting watching this play out. Most of that stuff in that court document is pretty detailed.

So if that woman is just a goldbricker and worried before about her 'conservative family' knowing she was having a relationship with Rose.

The details she disclosed in that complaint are surely beyond embarrising to her now,

Rose asking her to play with herself on Skype...
The fact she never gave Derrick a Beej....
Her admitting she never touched herself?
She couldn't get off after 20 min of Rose going down on her....

You don't disclose those kind of details unless unless you're willing to take this all the way to trail and have those details aired out in public like they are now.

He can't defend his buddies from a criminal charge. Those other 2 guys are gonna need to lawyer up. Doubt those guys have as much$$$ as Derrick or as much to loose. She has to be seeking damages from them too right?

Can they afford to defend themselves like Derrick? Would they roll over on him if they are looking at jail time? Will these there guys take the stand under oath and be willing to lie if that means saving Derrick?

Yeah, it's very detailed, because they probably did happen, but that doesn't mean it had anything to do with the actual lawsuit.

Sounds more like, "I really did have a relationship with Rose. We did these things together."

Feels more like she's giving specifics so she can at least prove she did have a relationship with him, and she's not just some crazy stalker that wants some $$$. In the end, I think she's a crazy ex/side chick that Rose tossed away like yesterday's news, and she didn't get anything out of it, besides a few car payments or something. Now she wants more from him.

No idea if its true or not, and honestly I dont give a damn, but most of you guys should be ashamed of yourselves, Rose is innocent until proven otherwise, but dismissing the woman accusations in the ridiculous manners you most have, should warrant tons of reports.

My last trial as a prosecutor which caused me to get out, and go into a more tame sector of the law, was a DV case where my victim was co-operative up until she took the stand. And then it was all lies and how she started the fight. People lie for many reasons, and frankly, this women's story is bull****. Victim mentality exists, I know this first hand, but if she had a good case, we wouldn't be hearing about it first from TMZ two years later, after she is on her third lawyer. If this case had good facts, she would have the best lawyer in Chicago representing her, because she would be making $$$$$$.

That she has gone through multiple lawyers to reach the point of spilling the case to TMZ alludes to only one thing, her story reeks of BS, and only a desperate attorney wants the case. Cause this isn't just her going to 2 lawyers and finally having a 3rd lawyer representing her, this is her hiring 3 lawyers, and having the first 2 withdraw. Which means she likely has met with 10+ other attorneys who just rejected her case right off the bat.

1) The friend who was at the party where she was drugged.
2) The coworkers who observed her mental state the day after the alleged rape
3) The friend who listened in on the conversation where one of the alleged rapists essentially confessed. There should be a phone record as well to confirm the call took place

I wonder if the cabdriver who drove them from the party could be tracked down as well. Either way, this isn't looking great for Rose IMO.

Just looking at this, forgetting that Rose is on my favorite team, and using history, the article reads pretty wild, based on history only, seems like a case where nothing will happen or she'll get some money. But the article seems a bit choppy and sketchy. I thought I read for example, she was ruffee'd (sp?) but "managed to get away". I thought I also read that she continued to date Rose for several months after being "raped". That's just not a good optic, true or not.

Anyway having said that, we have no idea what happened or didn't happen, as Profound said.

Another reminder, only 2-3% of rapists get something done to them. And that is for rapists, we still don't know if that applies here. Also 5% ish rape allegations are false (which accounts for a huge number by the way), so I believe the numbers show that someone is more likely to be falsely accused than actual commit rape and go to jail. Wacky world. These are numbers cited after the Kane incident, I don't have a link but I have heard similar numbers over the years.

For Bulls fans, not having a criminal charge or investigation is good for Rose's availability, if I'm not mistaken. If there was a criminal investigation for example likely followed by a civil suit, it's strap yourselves in.

This isn't a good thing but I'm holding off any concern or condemnation.

I agree with keller that there are some questionable things there, very possible to get dates wrong, although it's one thing in conversation, Duck/others can confirm, in a lawsuit getting the year right should be pretty important(?).

That part doesn't make sense. That is literally in the time period of PJ and dating Mieka. And tearing his ACL. Too much going on for him to be fooling round with this chick. Unless this is Mieka. Which would change things a lot. I wouldn't know what to make of it, but from excerpts of it, I see this just being a groupie who Rose might have had a relationship with after Mieka, and now doing this. The legal system will hopefully figure this out. I hope D-Rose just blows this off and focuses on Basketball.

I didn't read all of this, but I found what I did read to sound like a crock of sh*t.

Here is a few things I took away from it.

1) Jane Doe claims to be a someone who was raised in a religious family. She is a one guy kind of girl who doesn't sleep around.

2) She brings her friend(who happens to be a sex therapist) to Chicago to help spice things up with her and Rose. Her friend is "offended" when Rose wants the two of them to touch each other. So offended she gets up and leaves the room, but before the end of that day her friend is caught making out with Derrick.

^ this makes no sense. She brings over here sex therapist friend to spice things up and then once things get physical, they get all offended bc Rose asks to make it a 3 some?? Then the other girl sneaks off and makes out with Derrick? that doesn't add up.

3)Another of Jane does friends happened to be dating one of Derricks friends and send this text msg to Jane Doe

"To be all the way 100 He be on that Derrick tip sometimes, smh he would probably be tryna have a threesome if you stayed with us and I know you are not about that life and I don't even want to put you in that situation lol you know I always try to protect mi bebe"

Number 20. May 2013. He invited this girl and she brought her sex therapist friend. This sex therapist friend is really helpful, because she does stuff with Rose which doesn't sound very helpful. Lets ignore that. number 23. This is may 2013. If anyone remembers, Derrick Rose did not play in a single game that year. Yet #23 mentions the next evening, after Rose invited them to his house after a game he played in.
