And none of that would help her at all in this case. It would just prove that they did have a relationship of some sort.

This reads like a chick that thought she could take it all the way with Rose, and she soon found out she's just another one of his bust downs, and now she wants money, and to ruin his name, because she's scorned.

From the suit, it looks like there will be atleast 3 witnesses.

1) The friend who was at the party where she was drugged.
2) The coworkers who observed her mental state the day after the alleged rape
3) The friend who listened in on the conversation where one of the alleged rapists essentially confessed. There should be a phone record as well to confirm the call took place

I wonder if the cabdriver who drove them from the party could be tracked down as well. Either way, this isn't looking great for Rose IMO.

1 - Isnt a useful witness. She never saw any drugs put in Janes Drink. Whos to say Jane just hand hold her alcohol and is a sloppy drink...This is the same argument that could be used if they tracked down the cab driver.

2- is not useful either in my opinion. She could have just had a bad hangover and been acting differently that day bc of it.

Show me all these condoms with DNA evidence. Lets see a toxicology report showing she was drugged. Show me text massages that prove wrong doing. This sounds like a bunch of he said she said BS.

oh, I agree, it's probably a shakedown.. It's nevertheless, embarrassing for Derrick. Some of the details in the complaint are just plain bizarre. Just saying... she may have some embarrassing evidence, regardless. This is what her and her scum lawyer were banking on. That Derricks camp would just pay to make it go away and that she had enough to embarrass and publicly humiliate him enough that they would pay gross amounts of money to make it disappear... they didn't, and now this.

After reading most of the complaint, first, these lawyers look like amateurs.

The lawyers claim she was drugged. How can she be 100% positive, if she can't remember. Was she drugged or did she just drink a bit too much. She doesn't remember what happened but had pain. But she is sure it was gang rape. Could the pain be from drinking a bit too much? From the lawyer, she always heard her alarm clock, even after late nights of drinking.

She claims they saw each other 12 times in one year, but they frequently went to basketball games and outings. 12 times is not frequent, and if you saw someone 12 times in one year, would you really think you were "exclusive"

Also, he asks you to come over for an orgy basically, and you say no, but you still go over another date?

If he did break in, and do all this, then she should of pressed charges, and not gone after a civil suit.

Number 20. May 2013. He invited this girl and she brought her sex therapist friend. This sex therapist friend is really helpful, because she does stuff with Rose which doesn't sound very helpful. Lets ignore that. number 23. This is may 2013. If anyone remembers, Derrick Rose did not play in a single game that year. Yet #23 mentions the next evening, after Rose invited them to his house after a game he played in.

I don't believe Rose would drug a girl that he has already been making out with. Doesn't make sense. But, wasn't he at that game in Orlando?
