Whatever was written on the white board, Jimmy says wasn't being done during the game, and Hoiberg let it go. Whatever it was, it's not a stretch that this has happened often with Hoiberg. You don't go ballistic in the media over a one time occurance
Jimmy has become an entirely different public persona in the last year, and it isn't an improvement. Jimmy is the 2nd worst offender at not doing what his head coach wants him to,
Then I guess Hoiberg has his work cut out for him. Will he peep?
yet thinks he can call out his coach for not addressing the worst offender. Trade him now.
For what? I hope its somebody who is the second best at his positionAs far as the specifics, that is part of the problem. everyone gets to make their own assumptions. If you're such a big shot you think you can run your mouth and throw coaches and teammates under the bus, call them by their name.
Well, it is an untidy affair yes. I just don't think there was a ton to lose the way this team plays, and if anything, the team might just spark.
It's the 3rd time Butler has done this. Some spark. I guess if you whine after every loss then whenever the team wins you can claim you provided a spark with your leadership. What a joke.
Interestingly, there isn't a single other player commenting. Taj Gibson when asked about Butler's previous comments went further than anyone else by simply saying "I don't know about all that". That was Taj Gibson, the guy who has been playing with the "other" Jimmy Butler for years basically saying "he's full of ****".
You should be able to get strong value back for Butler.
