Boylan's stubborn insistence on playing Tyrus as a 3 is baffling.

And Gray did fine when he was in. Ben Wallace is giving Shaq layups whenever he wants them. Gray could do that.

Yes - I guess 1 reb, 1 stl and good defense in 3 minutes doesn't warrant any additional playing time.
