speaking of logging in, does anyone have any idea why Realgm refuses to log me in automatically on firefox?
This hasn't worked for me for several years.

If you press (or mash) escape while the page loads you can stop the paywall script from running. If you were too late, you can reload the page and try again.
Not as straight forward as just using the filter, but you don't have to worry about the address changing.
