These days Julian Philips and Dalen Terry gives more value to this team than Paw. Not even close.

East play-in is locked now, right? We can't get past ATL, MIA can't get past us.

Rest everyone for the last game.

Correct.

I am sure that last game will be a lot of THT, Carter and the 2 way guys.

It's a two year deal, with year two being a team option. But if he barely plays then what's the point?

We've basically been playing even with Washington's bench...not impressive.

It's too bad that the Bulls can't trust Lonzo's health. It would be great to have another PG to back up Giddey and keep the pace going. If Tre Jone's wasn't hurt I bet he'd help in this regard, but how much? Plus they probably won't re-sign him.

Yeah it's crazy they're all on the IR Lonzo-Tre-Ayo. That's like $45M in backup PG salary and we still don't have one to backup Giddey.

If the starters rested that would be 6 days with no game. That might be too much rest. They should play Sunday but limited minutes.

Yup messed that one up again lol. They forgot that Lonzo always had a weak body and always missed games not only because of his knee.

I’m guessing bulls figured they would suck for a couple years so having an experienced player like Lonzo wouldn’t hurt.

I know roster space and money is a concern, but it makes me wonder if the Bull should re-sign Tre Jones. It'll help having a point guard to run the 2nd unit or when Giddey is out.

I think the Ball resigning is still good. It's only for a year, and we can hope he comes back

Phillips is clearly the better prospect now, over PWill. Just 10x more active

I was wrong about PWill-I had faith until this year. What a bust and bad contract

I think the Bulls saw that his knee was no longer an issue and thought that he was worth the gamble. It's a two year contract with year two being a team option.

I did a quick google search and saw this old tweet. He could come back for the last game, but I doubt he will. Will he come back for the play-in?

Coming into the season I didn't think he'd play much, but I was hoping it'd be more than 35 games. Before his injury (but including that season) he average 50.4 games per year. If you include every season it's 35.8 games.

The contracts okay because it's a two year deal with year two being a team option. Hopefully he plays a good amount of games and plays well. I'd hate for him to play "just good enough" for the Bulls to exercise that option and he continues to be injured. Next year is a big year for him going forward.

He's going to be so damn rusty, and the only way he scores is his 3. We can't afford one of his 1-7 from 3 nights in a play-in.

When he played earlier in the season he looked better than I thought he would, but other than that his season was what I thought it would be (that he's not reliable).

Just so we are on the same page, Julian Phillips has a better +/-, PER and on/off than Patrick Williams. Those looking at PAW as an overpaid MLE guy are wrong. He is playing like a vet min guy.
