i am **psyched** to see Baron Davis tonight
it's the only game i'm attending this year and specifically just to see him. totally fell in love with this guy in the playoffs last year and really hope the Bulls make him an offer he can't refuse this summer.

i'm glad Hinrich is not playing because we get to see Thabo guard him.
if Thabo can slow him down i will be ready to board the Sefolosha bandwagon because Davis is a top notch NBA talent.

amazing, here's a 6'3" guard who can throw it down.
(take notes Ben Gordon)

Not that I'm glad he's out, but I don't think Kirk would really slow Baron Davis down either. Hinrich's defense this year has been as spotty as his offense.

I don't know if Hinrich was the primary defender on Davis or not, but someone (or several someones) hve done a good job defensively on him...

Davis' last 4 games vs. the Bulls 15 PPG , 6.3 APG, 4.o TO/G, 30.5% FG

I'd like to see Baron post up the 6' 7" Thabo.

We need Thabo on Jackson unless they go small with Ellis and Davis. Then Deng would be on Jackson.

It was Hinrich. Kirk has historically done very well against Wade, Davis, Francis, and Marbury. There's just something about those shocky ankle breakers that Hinrich thrives off of.

Why is the game on so late? 9:30 Eastern time is total BS.

I looked at our boxes last year and he (BD) seemed to have been out those games. That must go back pretty far. Either way, Kirk has been a great defender in the past, just not so much this year. Our backcourt as a whole almost unfailingly outplayed their opponents last year.

When Baron is fully healthy he seems able to be a terror for anyone. So I was complimenting him more than anything.

Really, you don't know what late is. It's actually pretty early for some.

FWIW - Top Bulls players by PER: (And remember - 15 is the league average)

J Smith - 18.59
L Deng - 18.28
J Noah - 18.05 *leads all rookies*
A Nocioni - 15.79
B Gordon - 14.62
T Thomas - 13.84

Thats our top 6 - So who are the bottom feeders?

T Sef - 8.39
C Duhon - 9.17
K Hinrich - 11.82
B Wallace - 11.98

I think that says everything we need to know about our team. The players at the two most important positions (C & PG) have the worst PERs on the team...

*fwiw - Gray has a 13.20 PER...

I wouldn't mind but 1. I hate waiting so long for the game, and 2. I have to be in to work at 7am to babysit people that want to work over time tomorrow.

I was just kidding around. :) Still, were dedicated, hardcore bulls fans right?

Tonight is going to be an intriguing contest, we don't particularly match up well with GS, it should be interesting to see how we handle the face past tempo and perimeter shooting.

I think this is a game we can win though, GS are fairly streaky, with a good solid outing this game could be a great win for my bulls. We should dominate the boards.

When Luol returns to England in the summer, in time for his return back to Chicago, maybe he could pack me in his suitcase or luggage?

Any guesses on who gets introduced last in the starting lineup tonight?

If it's Duhon I'll croak.
