way too many shots by payne, and i was hopeful he'd be okay.

lauri criminally underused this game. he's our best player by far and he's just been completely ignored this half.

Lauri and valentine looked good. Lauri did not get the ball enough.

How the f#*k did we trade McDermott taj and a pick for Cameron Payne. Terrible.

Markannen was great. I didn't think summer league would be a good setting for him - too chaotic, not enough set plays - but he was solid. More physical than I'd have guessed too.

Valentine - he was sloppy but I'm not too worried about it. He wouldn't try half those crazy passes during the regular season. And if he does, so much the better. We tankin, after all.

Dunn -- I can't get over how much he looks the part of a good NBA player despite not being one. So many good ingredients came together to bake a crappy, 23 year old cake.

I thought Payne would be solid when drafted as did many other experts, but he truly sucks. He can't create, has no bball IQ, no explosion, and a streaky shot. Just release him already. I would still like to see what Dunn can do with responsibilities at the point. Obviously he can create and can d. Can he get a respectable shot and can he set up other consistently?

Marki is going to be good and Denzel is going to be above average.

I wasn't impressed with Dunn either, Dennis Jr. made him look bad
