I wish we would have traded for the #8. That seemed a cheap/attainable price.

Bizarre move by Spurs.

Both guys will be decent long term pros most likely but niether one is anything more than a role player for their career likely

The biggest reason he's falling is age. Knecht and Doug don't have many similarities besides being white and shooting.

Older white, shooting tweeners (3/4) that made major scoring numbers in college but really were not considered "great in the draft"....seems fairly similar in my book (game wise yes obviously some differences) but i'm not seeing big things out of either guy

They are nothing alike. Lol no one think Knecht is a PF.

I'm surprised there hasn't been more movement TBH, there was so much chatter leading up to the draft.

I was dogging on Knecht a few messages ago, but Knecht is a good pick for the Lakers. He'll play minutes for them.

That's a good value at 18 Orlando

Idk man I'll believe it when we finally see a trade for Zach and Vooch.

I could make an argument that keeping Vooch helps us be bad.

You know what? Thats fair lol. Lets hope he doesnt have some Mirotic like games and wins us some extra games then. Id rather just ensure that he doesnt by shipping him out lol.

Nah. Not with Matas here.

TSJ or Misi.

If we get back in we'd probably take Shannon not Furphy.

Don’t like the fit.

Need a G that can shoot.

Don’t like Franz at the 2.

I guess everyone's top targets just fell to them (Clingan to Portland, Buzelis to Chicago).

Still been a fun draft regardless.

They're just stretching the floor for Paolo. Put a bunch of shooters around him. They figure out the C spot long term and they're gonna be scary.

Don’t really understand the Spurs trade BTW.

Wolves get Rob D to deliver right now.

Spurs wait for 7 years. Ant will still be in his prime then. This screams Spurs didn’t like anyone.

Isaiah Collier and Ja'Kobe Walter still out there.

Someone is going to get a steal.

This boards fascination with 23 year old wings with no upside is fascinating. Shannon and Knecht I understand. Local product, ncaa top player. TDS? I don't get that. He won't get serious minutes in Orlando
