Thabo took two power dribbles, spun away from the defense, ran into trouble and made a crisp, spinning pass out to an open man.

What

The

Hell

Were you watching?

Tyrus played bad. And Gray was sluggish, making 0 impact on both ends.

Please. He played good defense, was aggresive on the boards, and made a nice move pass under the basket - wtf else is he supposed to do in 3 minutes?

No were you watching? So because he missed his fg, he played bad? Its 3 freakin minutes.

Dont be like that Red. When Gordon goes 0-3 2 turnovers in 5 mins and rots on the bench, you make off.

Yes, lets compare Gordons situation to Tyrus Thomas.

It's really not making Tyrus any better when you try and bring up Gordon. Tyrus played bad when they gave him a chance. What else is there to say? Gordon isn't some rookie who gets time based on how he plays. Gordon will get time because he's a proven threat. There situations aren't even close. Come on.

There is no valid reason Deng and Gordon are still in the game. This is pathetic. Why aren't the young ones playing right now?

You do realize Noah was 0-1 1reb in 4 mins when he was in the first half right? He got a chance to come back in and make something happen.

I saw Viktor Khryapa grab a board, and I thought it was an anorexic Aaron Gray.

It's not about the stats, he played bad. Are you really trying to glorify 1 rebound, and 1 steal in 3 minutes?

Tyrus's play means nothing until he can get some regular minutes.

Why do you think Thabo is starting to look like a actual player of late? He is finally getting entrusted with more than 2 minute spurts.

He played a small sample size (4 minutes?) out of position at the 3. You know what. You've convinced me. Tyrus sucks!

No, I am getting on how everyone tries to automatically make out how good someone is in 3 minutes.

Ive said this several times, watch any NBA game and try to measure anyone...stars, superstars etc in 3 mins of ball. I would bet they might not to a dayuum thing in 3 mins. You simply cannot measure someone like that.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

Did the coaching staff start screwing around with Tyrus' minutes and he started playing worse, or was he playing badly so they limited his minutes? I'll argue it's the first, and that's what pisses me off as a fan.

I think thats to build his confidence even more. Its a sign that you're a rotation player, and don't need to play garbage minutes.

Yes, Gordon stays in. Do you really expect him to play a lot of minutes at PG if they don't do some experiments first? I think this is a try-out as much as anything.

I wasn't watching the, but even if that's true, then so what? Players need a longer leash than that to develop otherwise they'll never be comfortable on the court.

I like that - its convinient for you - you just say "he played bad" without actually saying how. That way you don't actually justify the statement - you just repeat it over and over?

He played bad how? By playing good defense and being aggressive going for rebounds?

I question whether you even have a TV.
