It seems like Billy Donovan doesn't actually prep the team for their opponents.
The bulls constantly leave solid three point shooters wide open when their doubling the handler and have seemingly no idea how to beat a simple zone (other than Caruso)

Billy is also really bad at stopping opposing teams going on huge runs, he waits for the damage to be done before making an adjustment
