Kings out now on Zach with Monk back.
Magic Jazz Sixers all make sense.
If I’m the Magic I trade Isaac and 16 for Zach all day. Zach makes the Magic scary.

18*
I wouldn't count the Kings out just yet, Monk was their super sub last year, I'm sure he'll be the same again this year.
I like a trade with the Magic also (their fans however, don't), I'm not sure they'll let go of Issac, but maybe you can get Ingles and Jett instead plus the 18?
I'm not sure there's anything I'd want from the Jazz.
Here to argue about nonsensical things and suck away your joy.

Re: Potential Zach Trade Partners? Playoff Edition.
yahoo still throwing cold water on the zach trade market:
The Bulls have attempted to find a new home for LaVine since last offseason, according to league sources, but have yet to develop signification traction on deals outside of talks with Detroit that once included Bojan Bogdanović — who’s since been traded to New York — and the Pistons are now under new leadership with president Trajan Langdon.
There isn’t much more room for purported roster shakeups outside of dealing LaVine if Chicago is as intent on keeping Williams and veteran scorer DeMar DeRozan as the Bulls have so far projected, sources said.
LaVine remains merely a backup option for the Sixers, sources said, but not a player whom Philadelphia truly covets with the team’s ocean of cap space. If there’s any suitor for LaVine that seems most likely at this juncture, it would be the Kings. Sacramento remains active in exploring trade opportunities for Harrison Barnes and Kevin Huerter, league sources told Yahoo Sports, with Huerter receiving a healthy amount of external interest. The Kings, at this juncture, are still considering trade possibilities for their No. 13 overall pick in Wednesday’s draft as well, sources said, with combo guard Malik Monk, a top Sixth Man of the Year candidate, agreeing to stay with Sacramento and his close friend, All-Star point guard De’Aaron Fox.

I found it interesting that there might still be interest from Sac despite the Monk signing.

If Lavine interest increases, I'd love to get Kessler from Jazz and reunite Lauri/Zach under Ainge. Then if you can S&T DeMar for a pick or another young player and/or pick - would Lakers send Rui/Reaves/Vincent for DeMar (I think that fits under cap using Zach's salary as a proxy for DeMar but presumably on a shorter deal), that would be great.
Starting a rebuild with Ayo/Coby/Giddey/PW/Rui/Reaves/Kessler and Vuc as the vet would let you stealth tank and develop, hopefully showcase Vuc for a deal at midseason. You'd have shooting in Ayo/Coby/Reaves/PW, playmaking from Giddey, and Kessler as the anchor.
But realistically they won't get anything for DeMar, teams don't give up FRPs even in a weak draft, or decent young players for S&Ts.....unless your team is GM'd by AK.

Utah is not giving up Kessler for Zach

Bulls out:
Zach LaVine
Sacramento out:
Harrison Barnes
Kevin Huerter
Sasha Vezenkov
2027 protected 1st rd pick
Does it makes any sence?

No first for Zach and you keep him.
Giddey will have Zach cooking.
Trade him at the deadline for a pick in a better draft.

I don't think much about Marc Stein, but here you go:
https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2024/06/steins-latest-hardaway-lavine-lakers-cavs-pistons-spurs.html
While the Jazz and Sixers have both been linked to Zach LaVine as of late, Stein hears from league sources that Philadelphia has minimal interest in the Bulls guard and says he’s been “advised to dismiss” Utah’s reported interest as well.

How ironic:
Zach would probably be the most positively impacted player on the Bulls with the addition of Giddy, and here we are trying to move him... (Hitting myself as I say that knowing how much disdain I have for Zach...)

Link must be acting up for me. It's only showing Zach for Horton-Tucker straight up........

I'd believe it, I never saw why Utah would have interest in Zach. Philly being only interested in Zach as a backup option makes sense, why would he be one of their first options?
I think this "Zach now has a growing market" buzz is fabricated. Why would the market for a guy that played just 25 games last year suddenly be booming?
If Bulls fans hated the Caruso/Giddey trade, then they're REALLY going to hate what they get back for Zach LaVine.

Apparently Tim Hardaway is on his way out of Dallas. Anyone think there's a deal to send Zach there? Maybe Hardaway, Kleber, Josh Green combo somehow.

I don't think they'd be interest, especially with including Josh Green.
But it would be cool to and another Aussie to the backcourt.

Zach will not play another game for Bulls. Just because he decided day after deadline to have season ending injury. That's here literally text book modern NBA quiting on your team.

I think the market for Zach improves because soon free agency and the draft will be clearer.
But that doesnt mean it'll improve by a lot.
