Yeah I'm feeling sad watching them. Both of them should have been bulls for life. Instead they got traded like trash :(

Trae Young's floater game is incredible. Seems automatic.

I know what Thibs was thinking taking Rose out for that final possession on defense with Trae Young. But he shouldn't have done it in that situation. I'm willing to bet Rose stops Young with a big block instead of what actually happened :noway:

Trae’s flop at the 28s mark. Gross.

No reason for him to stop, either, if he keeps getting the calls...

This has been the best opening weekend of playoff basketball I can remember.

I’m not sure any single game has topped D Rose over the Celtics in ‘09, but I can’t think of a better 8 games to open round 1.

Will never forgive the Bulls for winning meaningless games when Ja Morant, Luka Doncic, and Trae Young were there in the top 5

Ja wasn't in the same draft as Luka and Trae.

I think that despite the flaws, the play-in tournament is working. Forcing teams to keep playing and some of them are jockeying for position a bit more.

It also helps that fans are back and players can feed off of them again.

We had no shot at Ja it was always going to be Zion and Ja 1-2. Even if we had a higher pick and Luka and Trae were on the board, I could be wrong but weren't Bagley or JJJ the guys the FO wanted that year?

The fans being in arenas all of a sudden adds something extra to the playoffs. I imagine guys are going to feel alot more pressure compared to the bubble.

Also not getting to high on the Suns win, i dont see the lakers playing that poorly 3 more times.

Yeah, LeBron and AD will probably figure it out. I do think the Suns have a chance, especially if the Lakers continue to mess around and play AD at the 4. Actively choosing not to play your best lineups in the playoffs and still expecting to succeed...I hope the Suns punish that.

Same for the Mavs against the Clippers btw. Like, you're really trying Beverley against Doncic? Switching with Zubac at the 5? The Clippers got destroyed when they did this last year. Shockingly, the results were the same in game 1 and the adjustments came too late.

Their talent is probably enough to win eventually for both LA teams, but man would it be fun if it wasn't.

Trae hitting the game winner after the "F*** Trae Young" chants from the crowd is pretty cold. Really amazing first 2 days of playoff basketball and it's so great to have fans back.

Ja wasn't in the same draft as Luka and Trae.

Jaren Jackson was though. And Ayton.

Thank god we developed a winning culture instead.

They didn't tank either year when they should have. They won a handful of meaningless games both years when the goal should have been being one of the 3 worst teams in the NBA. And I heard a bunch of people claiming that it's ok they were winning because you don't want to establish a losing culture. Well all 3 players just won playoff games yesterday and the Bulls still can't make a 20 team playoffs.
