Well, 90 % of this board said we should not trade Omer or Taj for Lee, and 100 % of this board knew that Boston was interested in a wing. So I don't see how any of the "keep the young bigs out of any Lee deal" have any basis for complaining if indeed the Celtics have traded Erden for Lee. They may, however, want to grab a plate of crow and start eating if they now are upset that Boston took the deal that we rejected.

The 28th pick in a crap draft is basically worthless. James Johnson shown absolutely nothing his entire stint with the Bull and he was traded for the first. The entire world thought he was going to be moved for a 2nd rounder...

I've never watched an episode. Although the guy in the gif, Richard Ayonade, was in Gareth Marenghi's Darkplace, a brillaint show.

Rare times late first rounder you can find good players but I did say rare times :wink:

Any how at best Anthony Parker is worth a second rounder nothing more, and I would say nothing less but that is technically the less LOL!

Parker has been putting up performances on offense lately that Bogans never could do. I've been down on the notion of "only" upgrading to Parker, but IMO he's probably the best we're going to do right now AND he's probably going to cost us the Miami 1st (or our 1st) rather than a 2nd rounder. Get used to it.

Melo was traded to the Knicks around this time from the other day, there are other deals happen around this time in the past. Can't recall about the other deals though.

not when you're constrained with a mere few hours left before the deadline hits at 2 PM ET tomorrow...that's 1 PM central, correct? the eve of the trade deadline is always a busy evening where a ton of stuff gets officially announced in the morning hours but reports usually come out as deals get close or finalized.
