Was hilarious when the youtube scouts on this forum were clamoring for him last year.

Guy is old as hell for a prospect and has no discernible NBA skills.

What could be good about a 7-foot power forward who hit over 40% of his threes? Seriously I don't know much about him I'm going to have to look into that.

They could have had LaVine on the roster if they didn't take Doug over him...

No way, Collins doesn't have a fraction of the skill level Markinnen has.

If he's not, this team's defense will be bottom 5 next year.

Wade, Lavine, Rondo.... none can guard a chair.

Well guess that's good, gonna want the #1 pick next year for this to make any sense. But it won't be very watchable.

This is worst. At least we completely explored the potential of that roster instead of trading a bonafide star entering his prime for a mid lotto pick and two low ceiling guys.

More of this bonafide star crap. He was a bonafide star that disappeared in the playoffs, emasculated his coach two weeks into the job, and can't get you to the promised land. Call it like it is.

Calling it like it is means acknowledging that we traded one of the best two-way players in the league on a bargain contract for damaged goods, a bust and a freaking swap of picks. This is indefensible. The Bulls just got fleeced.

I love Jimmy but he's going to be 28 when the season starts then want the super max deal at 30. Do you want to pay him $220 million until he's age 35?

Also don't really get this trade for the Wolves. Yeah Jimmy is great but they can't compete in the west any time soon. Why mortgage the future on that?

But just why Dunn? Why do we keep grabbing PGs. Why did we not draft lavine when he was right there.

Props to you for not whining about it.

Why would I wine about it? I don't love the particulars (especially giving up our pick) and don't know who we will pick (can't watch the draft until late tonight and am not reading the board anymore after writing this post until then) and have a couple of guys that could go top 7 I don't care for.

But I love that they did what needed to be done. Complain about the deal all you want, this was the highest Butler's value would ever be.

Great, decisive, important, ballsy move. I'm pleased.

Not a shot blocker and an average rebounder according to scouting reports. Sounds like Bargnani to me.
