Ideally i think everyone should hope that Young climbs. He’s the only one to make sure someone really good falls to us.

Y’all should read the comments. Especially Doncic lovers

Interesting. I love how everyone has their favorites this year and there's very little real consensus. You got people who love Trae, people who hate Trae, people who love MPJ, people who hate MPJ, people who love Doncic, people who hate Doncic, etc.

actual nba execs are wrong all the time though, too. It's not likely that every one of these top 7 players are going to turn out to be good. Some of the players these GMs fall in love with will bust

I'm throwing a party if we move up to 3 and take Luka.

7 plus Lavine? Too much? 7,22 and Bobby?

Well duh. They just see things different. Like when your doctor says it’s a black mass and you say it’s just gas. Don’t listen to the professionals

I hope we trade up and then trade down only to trade up again.

That will really show teams we mean business.

I would be excited to see the Bulls complete a deal to move up in the draft... Until I hear this:

"With the 3rd pick in the NBA Draft, the Chicago Bulls select.... Michael Porter Jr"

You know that's going to happen. Get excited for one second, thinking they just gave up a few assets to secure Mo Bamba, and then that happens...

Are we talking about the same NBA execs that do things like pick Darko 2nd, Anthony Bennett 1st, etc., etc.?

NBA execs by and large are not really that good at their jobs.

Bulls trade #22 + Filler for #4 + Parsons

Flip #4 + #7 for #3 and select Doncic.

Fake news.

Bamba, Carter and Porter Jr is what I've heard this past week. It's been quiet lately. It's actually too quiet. Hopefully I could get some good information in the next 2 days.
Honestly unless you have inside info straight from the team I'd take everything you've heard with a mountain of salt. Chances are we don't know until Thursday

I'm not a big fan of trading up, excitement of the final days leading up to the draft and rumors be DAMNED. Even picking at #7 there's already a lot of pressure to get the pick right. If you trade assets to move up you better REALLY hope the pick is right because the memories of Doug McDermott are still alive in the air.

This is a deep draft, the #7 pick might easily become a better player than the #3 pick. Just stay cool and don't make a panic move.

That is the most inexcusable atrocity in modern NBA draft history.

It must be really difficult for these guys to put up quality content during this time, when even themselves don't know whether their sources are legit or not. Just look at this tweet, what does it really say? Several maybe's sprinkled with some No's. I mean, c'mon - any person could have thrown that on a tweet.

Absolutely zero substance.
Why so serious?

Only if like you you don't want Young. I want Young so I don't want him to fall unless its to pick 7.

I think my big board is coming together, finally:

Tier 1:
1. Doncic
2. Ayton

Tier 2:
3. JJJ
4. Bamba

Tier 3:
5. Bagley
6. WCJ
7. Trae Young

Tier 4:
8. MPJ
9. Mikal Bridges
10. Miles Bridges

Doncic may not be the primary scorer we all want, but he's the guy that'll fit in seamlessly with this team, allowing Lauri (and to a lesser extent, LaVine) maximize his potential. I think that drafting Doncic goes a long way in improving the chances of Lauri reaching his highest ceiling.

The Kings have been a copy cat organization lately; I wouldn't be surprised at all if they'd like to trade down this year, after seeing how successful that strategy was in 2017. If there's anything on our roster they want, outside of Lauri, I'd pull the trigger.
