Last series he handily matched and surpassed Butler. 6'2" 180 guy shutting down our 6'7" 232 guy.

That's not what happened at all sir. Our team behind Jimmy simply failed to show up after game 2. Jimmy was playing 1v5. Had little to do with anyone's defense on Jimmy. Good try though.

I was just saying that the Jazz should have a 25 point lead in this game if not for the refs

Pretty sad state of the EC when this Boston team is the #1 seed. I'm really disappointed in Washington today blowing that early lead so quickly and then disappearing in the 4th Q. The score should have worse the Celtics won that going away even though Wiz got some cheap late garbage. Cleveland is going to destroy whoever gets in their way all the way to the Finals.

Boston was just on fire tonight. 19 threes, 50 percent shooting from 3, 123 points. Just one of those games.

They were but Washington let them get on a roll and once that train gets rolling momentum is hard to stop. When they let up and relaxed early after getting up 16-0, the game was over. I knew Boston would win as soon as they made it a game again. I think they were still down 9 and I said to myself. "no way is Washington winning this game". The crowd got behind the Celtics and it was over.

That was a recurring theme during the regular season for the Wiz, so it's not at all surprising. The Wiz simply aren't at good enough to turn the intensity switch on and off as needed. That's why they did and continue to underachieve.

LOL. Crawford wasn't even touched and of course they call a foul.

Refs trying hard to give this to the Clips. NBA needs the more marketable, bigger names, bigger market team in the next round. Not the Jazz who most casual fans couldn't name 3 players on the team.

How about Gobert getting hammered on the rebound before that? Or the BS offensive foul call on GH

This is pathetic. The refs are carrying the Clippers back into this game.

I am done with the Bulls until Paxson, Forman, and Hoiberg are fired.

I'll always be a Bulls fan but I cannot watch any games until they are gone.

Sheesh, why couldn't we have landed Joe Johnson instead of D. Wade? And for a fraction of the price.

he is who we all wanted Doug to be. If you close out on Joe he has enough quickness to take the ball to the basket and make a play if need be. JUst a smart basketball player compared to Doug.

This seems like a trend the Bulls had against Lebron ran teams in the playoffs in recent memory. But from the Clippers perspective, this probably hurts more.

In hindsight, he would have been the best Bulls signing if they had got him anytime after 2010. He is perfect next to Derrick or Jimmy. I don't think he has ever had any serious injury where he had to miss months of action. He is not super athletic like the LeBrons, Durants but not slow footed either. He has the enough of shooting, ball handling to play next to a lead star and give some relief.

He seems to have the perfect amount of athleticism to play against anyone but not too much where he might get hurt trying to fly high. No wonder, he keeps chugging along at this old age just like Paul Pierce. And, he was put in a bad situation in Atlanta where he had no other dependable star and ended up becoming ISO-Joe.

Atleast the Bulls didn't have their main stars a few times against LeBron and they were going against the best player in the league. The Clippers usually had the best player on the court and went against average opponents like the Rockets, Grizzlies and couldn't close them out.

There are a few problems with them. One is the over-hype of their dunking and high flying with Jordan and Griffin which doesn't translate much to actual wins or points/defense when necessary. Second, someone is always injured at the wrong time. Third, CP3 is too small to succeed when defenses plan against him in the playoffs. He is not an automatic 3 pt specialist like Curry to open up space and he has to rely too much on his wizardry.

I don't want to hear about a Blake Griffin injury, Gobert basically wasn't playing this series. LAC had a game 7 at home and no showed as usual.

Not sure why Snyder isn't getting more love for COY, he has done a hell of a job.
