From watching film, I'm not as down as some seem to be on Coby White. The athleticism from a jumping standpoint and his arm length are a bit of a concern but I do think he makes up for it with his speed a quickness. He is a quick twitch athlete but not necessarily a great leaper. From a playmaking standpoint I watch and see someone who helps your offense in a variety of ways but make not be elite in one category. He is a good but not great passer but I definitely see upside there. Quick first step and what looks to be a base for defense.

He shot OK in college, but the form is good and his release is quick. He's 6'5 with short arms. I think you groom him as a PG and if he CAN shoot, you have a heck of a guard on your hands.

We'd be lucky to have Coby White in this draft.

I think Reddish goes before 7. Teams will have to choose between him and Culver, and they’ll love Cams potential.

Why wasn’t Bol in the steel factory putting on size?

Hard pass on this guy. He won’t be able to stay on the floor so you’ll never get that perceived upside.

Precisely my point. The fact that he lost 20 lbs when: (a) he was in the ideal situation to put on weight; and (b) knew for a fact that putting on weight would matter for NBA success and draft position, is a massive do-not-want red flag for a kid who already had several such flags flying already.

Or, he's simply a hopeless ectomorph. Either possibility makes him do not disturb for me.

Hopefully... let someone else waste a pick on him.

I’m not anti-Cam. If the top 6 picks go like I expect, I’m #teamCam/Little. But if Cam and White go top 6, I will be on Cloud 9.

I've been struggling to come up with who Reddish reminds me of in a general disappointing potential way, and it is Josh Smith, albeit positional differences. I'd still be more hopeful of course, and not disappointed if the Bulls draft him.

Paul George is his comparison. Easily.

Are you saying Josh Smith if he is semi-disappointment and George if he meets his potential?

Assuming the top 3 go as expected, I will be giddy with drafting any one of Garland, Culver, or Hunter. In that order of preference.

The thought of drafting White gives me diarrhea, and Cam is just too big of a risk. But if the top 6 go as I expect (Zion, Ja, RJ and some combo of Culver, Garland and Hunter) I take Cam or Little 10 times out of 10 over White.

From the look of things, it seems like it will be

1. Zion
2. Morant
3. RJ Barrett
4. Garland
5. Culver
6. Coby White
7. DeAndre Hunter

Sign me up for a high quality 3 pointer and D sf who can possibly emerge into a star if he develops his ball handling skills.

Should be noted here DeAndre Hunter will turn 22 1st quarter of this upcoming Bulls season.

He is far older than the other prospects. He is a safe pick. Is that really want we want? A lower upside safe pick?

He will be 21 when he starts his rookie season. Both Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson are 21 during their rookie years.

There's nothing about DeAndre Hunter that guarantees him to be at best a role player. That's utter rubbish.
