Right now all I can think of Shaq calling Bosh the Ru Paul of basketball last year- gotta laugh at something. In all seriousness though let's wait till Miami finalizes their roster before handing them the title the next five years.

Um, Boston had great roleplayers in the uprising already. Rondo, Perkins, Big Baby, Powe, House, PJ Brown, and Posey.

Miami has NONE of that and has NO money to spend. They can probably get 1 more roleplayer. This is a team sport. Grow some balls.

BTW, I think it's bullocks that these guys can't play together and play well. But I agree the Celtic fit was better in two ways.

1) It happened via trade where they still had a good mix of older and younger guys. They didn't gut the entire roster nor did they have to.

2) The parts fit almost perfectly.

That said, the Heat will win lots of games, LOTS of games. They still have an offseason to convince some guys to take the league minimum to play with them. Here's hoping we get the Morrow/Insert Shooter here and build enough depth where we can compete every night with anyone.

Miami is going to shoot 75 freethrows per game. Between D-Whistle and Lebron, it's a rap.

Despite how bad their remaining 8 or 9 guys might be, they will still be putting your frontline in foul trouble in the first 6 minutes of the game.

You can't touch Lebron, you can't touch Wade. I can already see Phil Jackson talking **it about those guys getting superstar calls.

I wonder how that's going to impact the league / sport's perception. Obviously there will be a lot of amazing highlight plays...but we know how the NBA markets and they cram teams down your throat. Wonder what it will be like when games take forever and it's a ton of FT's every game...not the greatest way to attract your casual fan. (not that I really care much about the casual fan...just an observation)
